Un acogedor lugar para pasar la noche
Pros:

Su ubicación, confort de la habitación, instalaciones, limpieza, atención y amabilidad del personal, variedad y calidad del desayuno, su relación calidad - precio.

Cons:

Que la cocina se cierre temprano 23.00 , más un sabiendo que uno viene de viaje llegando a esa hora aproximadamente.
En el día de alojamiento ( lunes 16) se indicó que había exceso de pasajeros. al otro día supe que se trataba de un Club de Futbol. es decir un club de futbol hace colapsar el sistema?
Llama la atención que estando a 50 m de la playa y en una zona propensa a Sismos y Tsunami, no exista ningún comentario, recomendación o indicación de como actuar ante una emergencia. Indolencia o falta de preparación del personal.

Escapada a Arica
Pros:

El personal es muy amable, sobretodo la recepcionista quien nos facilitó nuestro check-in y check-out.
El hotel es muy bonito y cómodo, tiene espacios especiales para niños.
La piscina es grande y el espacio donde está es muy agradable.
El hotel esta frente a la playa Chinchorros y la costanera, que esta remodelada y con muchos juegos infantiles.
El desayuno es espectacular y el almuerzo bufet es maravilloso.

Pros:

La ubicacion, creo q es su mayor virtud.

Cons:

No es malo, pero creo q falta q el personal sea mas calido, creo q eso es necesario para un hotel tan bueno, la calidad humana.
