Lovely place in Arica
Pros:

Location is absolutely amazing, beautiful views. Staff very attentive.

Cons:

Cleanness is not as expected, found a sock under the bed on the very first night. There was dust on the furniture and floors were not clean

Buen hotel frente a playa Chinchorro.
Pros:

Muy buen desayuno, variado, nutritivo y con algunos productos locales. Hermosa vista de playa Chinchorro. Restaurant con carta variada y renovada.

Cons:

Se siente algo del ruido de la discoteca Soho. La insonorizacion de las ventanas no es 100%.
Detrás de la puerta de la habitación había bastante suciedad (faltaba aseo).
Para inscribirse en programa fidelización de ACCOR HOTELES el proceso es engorroso.

Instalaciones nuevas y muy limpias, el personal muy educado y con una excelente voluntad en ayudar a sus visitantes.

Cons:

Ruido entre dormitorios, la llegada de pasajeros en la mañana 8.00 am, se escucha en dormitorios vecinos y cuesta conciliar el sueño

El hotel muy hermoso y accecible

Me gustó la atención, la cena, el bar su personal, la piscina dodne me bañe, desde la recepción todo genial

Cons:

Lo que no me gusto para nada, el Lava manos trizado de muy mal aspecto, la ducha grande no salia agua solo un chorro y el la taza del baño con sarro de muy mal aspecto, el ruido de las discos de al rededor me despertaron varias noches, la musica retumbaba en los vidrios.
