Hermoso hotel y ubicación, se requiere urgente un cambio o reinstrucción del personal.
Pros:

El gimnasio y el préstamo de bicicletas.
Los accesos y el sillón de masajes de la entrada.
La habitación en General.

Cons:

La atención recibido por el personal de recepción el día del evento, al cuál nosotros no participamos ni sabíamos que existía. Un personal totalmente agresivo al momento de responder por el Estacionamiento. Indicando que no era culpa de ellos que el hotel tuviera un evento y que las cosas eran así no más, que pagar tu estadía no aseguraba un estacionamiento, sin siquiera preguntar de donde veníamos viajando y en esta oportunidad era desde la Patagonia por tierra.
Mismo caso con el personal de guardias externos o part-time, afortunadamente, levante un reclamo y salió muy amablemente el gerente a responder como corresponde.
