Habitación grande con vista al mar, todo muy limpio y ordenado, el personal preocupado hasta el último minuto para que nuestra estancia fuera excelente.

Toilet seat wouldn’t stay up when one sat down.
La ubicación lo mejor, disponibilidad de estacionamiento, el lobby muy bonito, piezas cómodas, las pizzas muy ricas, personal amable.
Se notaba que en el desayuno faltaba personal, junto con ma velocidad de reposición de los alimentos/bebestibles.
Las instalaciones son hermosas, todo muy limpio y el personal muy amable.

La ubicación es excepcional... la vista de noche es preciosa de la ciudad... el personal del Hotel super atentos
Nos desagrado que al bajar a cenar al restaurante del Hotel... de nombre Gallo Cojo.... si bien había eventos ese dia... al momento de pedir no tenían ningún plato de la carta disponible.... hicimos las consultas con el encargado pero solo nos dio la explicación de que había mucha gente así es que no estaba disponible.
La verdad que nos molesto porque eso nos obligó a salir a otro restaurante del sector y no era nuestro deseo salir con mi señora y mis hijas... ya que confiamos en que no debería porque tener esos problemas ya que bajamos a las 20;30 a cenar, y la verdad que siento pasajeros del hotel no nos dieron ninguna solución y priorizaron los eventos que tenían externos.
