Hampton Inn & Suites Ontario Rancho Cucamonga

The customer service is excellent. I requested the highest floor available and they gave it to me. Let me add that i woke up late i went past my check out time, i called the front desk and they extend my check out time.

Most of the room was decently clean. However, the carpet was so filthy, if you walk barefoot, it turns your feet black. The shower curtain was too short for the bathtub, so water would drip out all over the floor when taking a shower.

Needed a place that excepted dogs. Our room on the 2nd floor was smelly. The carpet was filthy. There were cobwebs on the ceiling. The flooring in the bathroom was put in slopy. Maids and front desk people were great.

Very clean, breakfast was good and comfortable beds.

They need to do a better job at cleaning the rooms, I found hair and stains in the sheets. The chair in the room also has stains. The location is good with lots of shopping nearby.

Staff and property were amazing!

I did not like changing rooms four times and seven nights

Only issue is parking, limited parking that is shared with business next it to.

Absolutely a hidden gem!!!!

Love your staff the most. They have a genuine welcoming demur. Not the repetitious, fake welcome. Breakfast is always hot & delicious. Clean facility throughout! Location, location, location makes it easy to find and easy to get to the variety of surrounding destinations - restaurants, shopping, business. I prefer to stay with you when I visit CA.

Front desk was very helpful. Breakfast was good they had a variety of different foods. We would definitely stay here again.

Most likely everything was good with an exception when check in the personal was not friendly at all. I notice that I was not the only one she undid it with a senior person.

Great breakfast! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and clean. The only downside were the extremely squishy soft pillows. It would be nice to offer some firm pillows as an option.

The front desk clerks were AMAZING! They accommodated me and my family perfectly ! We had 2 separate rooms and they were able to get us on the same floor and right next to each other! They both were lovely and helpful individuals!!
