Perfect and kudos to ARCHIE for looking after the guests so well
Pros:

The staff is awesome. I am a regular guest here and the beautiful girl at reception named ARCHIE never fails to recognize me every time I stay there. ARCHIE is extremely hospitable and lovely girl. My eyes always look for hee every time I visit Novotel Tribune Chowk.

Pros:

The steps have been extremely helpful and courteous and polite, only the breakfast buffet could have been definitely a bit better. Rest, everything else was absolutely beautiful, and very, very comfortable.

The Food was to be very honest, okay, okay.

We came at Novotel chandigarh for many times and always had a very pleasant experience overall. The hotel staff were consistently professional, warm, and attentive.
I would especially like to commend Mr.Ram , who was absolutely outstanding. he was extremely helpful and very customer-oriented throughout our Dining.
