Cons:

we requested for double bed thy refused as we had booked 2 single beds thy could hv operated plus mid night we felt so hot but ac had so much loud noise

Overall clean good hotel
Pros:

Good location, local access to mall close by auto rickshaw.

Cons:

Mini bar in room has unreasonable prices for snacks. I know it’s a 5 star hotel but guests should not be afraid to have snack and this should be included in the cost. I have attached a photo of the prices for items in the mini bar.
