Great location made getting around super easy. A special shoutout to Ritu, she was exceptionally warm and helpful. Also, don't skip the breakfast buffet! The spread was delicious with plenty of fresh, good options to start the day.

Warm Hospitality and a Comfortable Experience
Pros:

I had a pleasant stay at Novotel Chandigarh. The front office team was excellent—courteous, efficient, and always willing to help. The housekeeping staff also did a wonderful job, keeping the rooms clean and well-maintained throughout my stay.

The only area that could be improved is the food. While the quality and taste were good, the variety offered, especially in the buffet, was quite limited. A wider selection would make the dining experience even better.

Overall, it was a comfortable stay, and I appreciate the hospitality of the entire team.
