Training staff correctly
Pros:

The reception staff and maids were very good and helped 👍

Cons:

As a chain hotel it needs more training for the staff ,let's not forget it's in India, so I blame the foreign trainers ,not the local ones, if you want high standards you must train your staff better with europian trainers

Pros:

Nice and clean hotel, with great buffet breakfast. Location is good - where most of the hotels are, although you need to get a cab to visit the local landmarks.

Cons:

For being a chain, they were not well organised - there was a big wedding going on and that might be part of the reason.... we got to the hotel around lunchtime, and left our luggage there since our room was not available yet; came back after dinner and in our room there was just a double bed although we were 3 people, needed to wait for them to bring the extra bed... they were relatively quick in fixing the problem but still it was a bit of a disappointment.

we requested for double bed thy refused as we had booked 2 single beds thy could hv operated plus mid night we felt so hot but ac had so much loud noise
