Despite odd surroundings, enjoyed the stay and the comfortable beds.
Pros:

The place looks a bit rough on the outside but the rooms are nice and have been recently upgraded and larger than I figured they would be. The rooms are super sound proof and the beds were quite comfortable which was a nice surprise. The people who run the place do all the cleaning and we were able to have our cat and our 2 guinea pigs stay with us with no pet deposit.

Cons:

The place appears to be mostly long term residents which is fine but it does collect some weird people. The gentleman who runs the place is nice but seems kinda untrusting. I'm guessing that that is just part of the job though.

Comfortable beds

Cons:

Top covers had cigarette burn holes in them, microwave had a rust spot on the inside, bathtub had a chip in it by the drain which causes a little rust spot, there wasn't any washcloths.

Pros:

Staff was friendly

Cons:

The room was dirty. There was no coffee pot &it didn’t look like the bed sheets had been washed/changed. I requested a refund & the attendant was very rude & said no refund would be made. We have always had good experiences with Motel 6 but after that experience I think we will stay elsewhere from now on.

the ac was nice

Cons:

no bathtub, my son slipped and almost cracked his head. he is 2. slippery floors, lack of clean floors. not comfy beds, it hurt my disabled leg due to it being rock hard
