It's a good value only if you need to be in this neighborhood.

Good price if you need to be in this area.

Cons:

I paid extra to get a balcony with a view, well technically the room did have balcony, it was locked and full of air conditioner boxes, there was also a view of only the garbage pile. I would not stay here again.
