Good choice!
Pros:

Near the Western Bus Station, Easy to find, Quiet and spacious room, Nice bed, Good WiFi.. Free bottle water. Laundry service is done inside of the building so no need to worry about my clothes..

Cons:

The staff do not speak English. The laundry takes long time..

Un petit quartier sympa et belle découverte culinaire. Un bel hôtel à garder pour une prochaine fois

personnel très serviable
proximité des commerces et restauration
Pas loin de l'aéroport International TSN de Ho chi Minh ce qui était pratique pour le retour tôt le lendemain.

Get out of District One, see the real Saigon and stay somewhere nice.
Pros:

A good sized clean room with friendly staff. Effective air conditioning, refrigerator and kettle. Comfortable bed.

The hotel is not new but it's maintained, it's clean, and better than a lot of others I have stayed in

Cons:

I really don't have any complaints, given the price. But don't put it much higher please 🙂

I have stayed here before and probably will stay again.

It's a good value only if you need to be in this neighborhood.
Pros:

Good price if you need to be in this area.

Cons:

I paid extra to get a balcony with a view, well technically the room did have balcony, it was locked and full of air conditioner boxes, there was also a view of only the garbage pile. I would not stay here again.
