3am - check in was great. The sea view room/balcony, had a fantastic view. The hotel is very clean in all communal areas and I can't fault the interior or facilities.
Buffet breakfast was really nice, although slightly repetitive after 8 days. Not on the all inclusive package, but the meals in the restaurants and bar were really good.
I was aware of ongoing development surrounding the resort, which is on all sides - although this really had no impact. You do feel slightly trapped, as there is nothing within walking distance (heat) although Leptis supermarket is a 5 mins taxi ride away. I was hoping to go to Al Hamra mall which is only a few km away - however the road there is underging works, and would be a 50 km detour according to taxis.
The x 2 pools for adults were fine and quiet - although the one near the beach - had multiple tiles missing and clearly needs some maintenance, as also the grout is very black in certain areas. In terms of the beach, in the last week of September - half the beach umbrellas were missing the 'tops' in unbearable heat which caused problems as the resort was full. This was later rectified and new 'tops' added and the resort appeared a lot quieter early October.
As a UK tourist, I would not unfortunately return again and also feel this should not be marketed to the UK market. 95% of the guests were Russian, who I found rude and disrespectful to the beach/bar/restaurant staff. Reception/tours/sales staff ignore you, if not Russian.

Petit déjeuner mal présenté avec du matériel pas suffisamment réfrigérant - risque d’intoxication évidente. Table bancale… lorsque plusieurs clients réclament du pain baguettes, la réponse du chef est claire: la baguette n’est pas servie chez radisson au petit déjeuner car cela n’est pas prévu dans le cahier des charges de la chaîne hôtelière. C’est pas le personnel qui doit être recadré mais aussi le management de cet hôtel qui sont tous à la dérives
The room was never cleaned despite multiple requests.
Breakfast lacked both taste and variety, and dinner was very disappointing.
Additionally, although I arrived late—after 5 PM—the room was still not ready, and I had to wait until it was prepared.

I had all inclusive, however there were times when there was no food available. I only saw snacks twice and every where you wanted something it was not included in the all inclusive. If you had all inclusive and wanted certain meals you had to pay additional. There was no concierge to arrange day trips or tours. Daily entertainment was limited. The food was over cooked and repetitive. I had to buy food outside the hotel to satisfy my and my grand childrens hunger. There was not kid friendly meals at every seating.

We found that the hotel facilities did not match the images presented on the website. The property shows clear signs of wear and poor maintenance. For example, the main revolving door was marked as "under maintenance" for the entire duration of our stay, yet no repairs were made. Similarly, the corridors showed visible damage such as chipped walls and broken corners.
In the main dining area, many of the chairs were visibly old and worn. The towels provided in the rooms and by the pool were also in poor condition—many were thin, faded, and some even had holes.
One particular concern was the children’s pool, which was frequently overcrowded, especially in the evenings. This made it difficult for younger children to enjoy safely and comfortably, and at times the environment felt overwhelming rather than relaxing.
Additionally, we were surprised by the quality of products offered. For instance, guests on the all-inclusive package were not served branded Coca-Cola products, but rather a lower-quality alternative, which was disappointing and unexpected from a hotel of this category.

To be honest I come at 11:30 pm and before I book the room I saw some photo that will be like sea view but after I arrive the front office man told me no it’s not and was instructions view i ask him to upgrade he told me it’s not available in that time and to be honest this wasn’t the best ……
But the very good thing the information guys and room service was absolutely Fridley and amazing… the guy in night shift he older me taxi he was so nice he was in info office,,,
The biggest problem is noise. U can here children crying from next room like they r in Ur room,the bar downstairs is like in Ur room.rumbling and shaking of whole room. Otherwise it has lots of potential.im not coming back

Not great because the AC was not working and our kids could not sleep. Had to be awake for the technician to arrive. No customer service was following up despite calling them.
The hotel is encapsulated on both sides by active 24/7 construnction sites in the excavation stage. Excavaters work day and night with terrorfying "beepbeepbeep" every 10 seconds while moving backwards, even at 1 am in the middle of the night. There was no information in the hotel discrption when we booked. We quit after the first night and hope to get our money back for the other nights.

Everything about this hotel was exceptionally good. It was spacious, clean and had everything you would want in a luxury hotel. There was a wide choice of bars, restaurants and swimming pools. And watching the sun go down while lying on the hotel beach was one of the highlights of my whole stay.
