An enjoyable family holiday; the hotel staff really cared and made things much better.
Pros:

Staff were excellent - helped with arranging taxis; how to get to a park and printed out local bus information. Were excellent with my two young sons. Breakfast was very good. Different Chinese New Year activities in the lobby.

Cons:

Room smelled like cigarette smoke when we first arrived - very strong. It gradually went away or we got used to it over the four days. There was a view of a river, but also looked straight into apartment buildings (on the 20th floor). Advertised (advertised on the hotel's own TV channel in the hotel) children's items such as a child's toilet seat was not available. We were told it was something about being part of the 'hotel group'.

Excellent service from your staff esp. from Mr Ken Liu.
Pros:

We were 5 adults who stayed for 2 nights, not familiar with the city. However, our stay was made exceptionally smooth due to excellent services received from Mr. Ken Liu, who patiently guided us in securing local transport to and from office/factory which we visited . The concierge, Mr James, was likewise very helpful. The bell service staff and the security at the driveway were likewise polite . Overall, the excellent staff service made a lot of difference.

Chambre très sympathique, fonctionnelle et propre.
Merci à l'équipe de l'hôtel pour leurs conseils et services.
Dédicace notamment à Mr Ken, à l'accueil de l'hôtel. Merci à lui pour son service de qualité.
Le rapport qualité prix de cet hôtel est excellent.
Lors de nos prochaines visites de la région nous reviendrons dans cet hôtel.

Pros:

Top notch service, very spacious and comfortable room with both shower and bath. Special thanks to Ken at the front desk for helping us arrange a taxi to Xiamen airport. It is not in the city centre, but the taxi ride takes about 15 minutes.
