Perfect Quick Concert Getaway
Pros:

The pool! The staff! The beds! The proximity to the Kia Forum! This place is great if you are going to a show or any event at one of the many venues that are a very easy walk from the hotel. This hotel perfectly accomodates a day at the pool and an evening concert.

Cons:

I cannot think of anything I would change. Is there a shuttle to the airport? I didnt even ask. But, if there is, they should better advertise it. But, this place is rad. Keep doing what you are doing.

Pros:

While we only spend a night we had a great experience, I’m really sorry I forgot the receptionist desk agent but she was super nice, friendly and polite. We arrived around noon and she gave us a complimentary early check in although we are not regular customers. So much appreciated.

Pool is beautiful and clean.

Rooms are comfortable and clean. Loved the bathroom distribution.

Nicely located super good option if you are going to an event. Will definitely book again with you for our next concert 🎵💜☺️ Thank You!

1) Comfortable room
2) bathroom well keeped
3) AC was great

Cons:

1) Only 1 ice machine for the whole complex
2) Only valet parking option and very expensive
3) Missing ice bucket in our room, requested one and took over an hr to take one to us
4) bathroom barn door didn't give the privacy needed
5) blood stain on the bed frame
