I like that it was close to sofi.
The lady that checked me in was rude and mad I had a bunch of questions
Location to SoFi, attached restaurant
Smell, low bed
I would say the best part of the this hotel is the convenience based on location. It is near both the sofi stadium and the intuit dome.
The facilities were good how ever the staff manager who i’m assuming is the manager was horrible with the guest. It was a really packed hotel as the kendrick lamar and sza concert was at the sofi stadium near the hotel, this should’ve had the hotel really prepared for many guests however they were not and the waiting line to check in was 2 hours long by the time of check in and the manager did nothing to help check in guests as she just had one other staff checking in the guest. This should not be the case and led a horrible experience for the guests, if a employee is free no matter if it’s the manager or not they should help out with the check in not just stand there.
The Bar food was good.
Being next to the elevator room 207 it’s loud every time someone uses it.
ABSOLUTELY NOTHING
I was stunned by the level of disorganization, negligence, and outright disrespect encountered during my recent stay.
To begin with, the check-in process was completely unacceptable. I arrived at 4:00 PM and did not receive access to my room until nearly 7:00 PM — almost three full hours later. During that entire time, there were only two employees at the front desk, one of whom was the so-called manager, Wendy. Unfortunately, Wendy was not assisting guests and was largely inactive for the majority of the time, leaving just one person to handle hundreds of check-ins. It is absolutely mind-boggling that a hotel operating in partnership with Hollywood Park and SoFi Stadium could be so unprepared during a major event weekend. This level of staffing is not only inefficient — it is a failure in basic hospitality operations.
Additionally, guests (including myself) were sent digital key check-in emails in advance. Yet upon arrival, we were informed that digital keys were not functioning at this location. If the digital key service is unavailable, why are you promoting it as an option? It misleads customers and compounds frustration in an already chaotic environment.
I have stayed in dozens of hotels over the past 37 years, and this was hands down the worst customer service experience I have ever had. Guests missed concert start times, were left standing for hours, and were treated with indifference by hotel Wendy—someone who should never ever have been put in any kind of managerial position—and who made no effort AT ALL to address or alleviate the situation.
I strongly urge Hilton to investigate the management practices at this location — and in particular, Manager Wendy, whose attitude, inaction, and lack of leadership directly contributed to the chaos. Her behavior reflects incredibly poorly on the Hilton brand and, in my opinion, she is not fit for a management role in any hospitality setting.
This experience has shaken my confidence in the Hilton name. I am extremely d

Location, close to Intuit Dome
The counter in the bathroom is too small and no rack or shelf for change of clothing.

Relación costo - comodidad
Muy costoso y las camas eran pequeñas y las almohadas se “iban” en un espacio entre la cama y el respaldar
Here's the good- It's the newest-looking motel within walking distance of Sofi. (I use motel and not hotel for a reason.) It's also adjacent to a decent bar/restaurant next door (Tom's?), and the beds were soft but that's it. Here's the bad and ugly- The parking is $60 per night as listed on the reservation, but what they don't mention is that jumps to $110 per night for SUVs and self-parking is not an option. If your room assignment is on the 2nd or 3rd floor, they have a two-person elevator that's very slow, especially on the descent, so if you have anxiety or claustrophobic, take the stairs. The problem with the stairs is our room was adjacent to one of them so as people grow impatient with the elevator, would use the stairs so every time a person opened the door, the auto-door closer would SLAM it shut which went on until ~12am. The remote for the TV didn't work even after replacing the batteries. The AC was on high and barely worked in the winter; you'll be miserable in the summer. If you have any eye for remodels or are a contractor like me, they've put lipstick on a pig in a hurry. There were paint splatters all over the bathroom tile, and the toilet seat was completely loose. Upon checkout, I called ahead to the Valet (using the single button on the room phone) to have the car brought to the front, the front desk lady answered and told me I could only make the request in person and she was too busy to pass my request along to the valet that's 5 feet away. At 5:30am we checked out, the lobby was empty, the same front desk lady I spoke to on the phone was full of attitude and the makeshift kcup/coffee tray was dirty and full of trash. At least the valet was nice so I tipped him well and we were gone. As a bonus and if you're a light sleeper, this hotel is literally UNDER the flight path of one of LAX's two runways so you'll hear the arrivals every 20-40 seconds. We paid $253 for the room and $110 for parking or $363 for a complete POS. 2 blocks away is the CRESTRIDGE INN at 4.5 stars for half the price or a few blocks more towards the 405 are a bunch more LAX hotels and then Uber to Sofi if you have to. Don't waste your $$ like we did.

Estaba en obra, no hicieron el cuarto y había desorden
The property was great and the employees are very professional👍🏾
They don’t have any closets
The location is what drew us to the property. The room was clean and the property seemed safe.
Overall, there were a few things lacking. The restroom lacked any type of storage for toiletries. The bedroom did not have a trash can, no ice on the property or a container for ice. The HVAC thermostat was hard to navigate, never really figured it out and the WIFI did not work for us. Which was a shame because ATT wireless reception there is terrible. Hoping that Hilton brings this property up to their standards since it is in a premiere location.
It was clean and comfortable.
Before reservations they don’t mention that there isn’t self parking and due to the location you’re forced to the valet parking so you have to pay the valet fee. The register female employee was like whatever and acted like she didn’t want to be there and kind of rushing, so I did was I had to get my key and go to my room. Got a patio not a balcony which was smaller space than the balconies on the other floors so didn’t bother using it. Showers have no doors or curtains so you have to shower carefully so you don’t spill water on the restroom floor to prevent accidents. It is too pricey for having the issues I mentioned
