The pricing just for the overnight stay

Cons:

I had requested the staff to add my Hyatt membership number (which is my boyfriend’s) to my reservation. One staff member was able to accommodate this request and ensured the receipt was sent to him for business expense records. However, another staff member later informed me that this could not be done.

I want to clarify that I was not asking for points—only for the membership number to appear on the booking for documentation purposes. It’s disappointing that different staff members follow different policies, leading to inconsistency in service.

Additionally, I found the staff to be not particularly welcoming or accommodating when handling guest requests. I also noticed that, unlike other Hyatt properties, there was no room service available during my stay.

I hope this feedback helps improve service consistency and guest experience in the future.
