The food was decent
My stay was disappointing for several reasons.
The rooms were noisy, and I could hear furniture being dragged around in the middle of the night. I was staying on the top floor, but there was a staff canteen directly above my room, which contributed to the disturbance.
The restaurant’s cleanliness was also below expectations. The furniture and table mats were not properly cleaned, and there were visible stains.
There were also issues with basic amenities. There was no hot water, and the water supply stopped midway through my shower.
I have stayed at Best Western properties around the world, and I understand that a hotel in a smaller town may not offer the same facilities or standards. However, basic requirements such as cleanliness, a reliable water supply, and a peaceful room should be met regardless of location.
What made the experience even more disappointing was the attitude of the manager, Mr. Nitin Chaudhary. When I brought these issues to his attention, he was not particularly courteous and did not even offer a simple apology.
Overall, the lack of basic amenities, cleanliness, and customer service made this a very disappointing stay, especially for a hotel carrying the Best Western name.

The mattress could do with some help.
They were clean and tidy but a bit too soft for my preference.
I think rooms are nice, hotel staff was good to talk with.
Eventhough hotel staff did speak nicely, they did charge us higher than their normal rates for the snacks in the room. Good that, my father spotted it, otherwise i would have overpaid it. And the reception guy was saying that every customer has to verify it and wasnt even apologizing for it. So keep watch on what is charged to you.

Almost everything. They have nice staff. Good ambience. Food is little costly but very tasty. Complementary bfast is just great and not like they give u one or two items.
The only drawback of booking this hotel is that they have open parking and if u r staying for more than 2 days then your car will be covered with all the dust and dried leaves etc. atleast they should provide covered parking space to make sure that rain and dust doesn't impact the cars.
Worst location. Car parking area is bad.
