Habitaciones con muebles deplorables , ruidosos , cortinas transparentes, no tienen camas king , sin frazadas y no tiene un cartel o nombre del hotel para identificar donde es , no volvería a este hotel

En lo personal no cumplió con el restaurante, el estacionamiento entre otras cosas

Very satisfied for my 2 day stay.

Pues francamente es molesto llegar y que no este tu reserva lista y que prácticamente te quieran correr del hotel, y despues de hacer la llamada pongan de pretesto que les llego tarde tu reserva, que el numero de telefono no sea el correcto para que te atiendan y al final te acomoden con habitaciones hasta el ultimo piso y que no sean las de tu reserva.

No se compara nada con las fotos, falta mucha limpieza y no es cómodo

La ubicación es excelente los cuartos espaciosos, AC funcional y agua caliente. La alberca no se puede considerar disponible a pesar de que dicen que sí; están construyendo un elevador justo al lado de la alberca por lo que todo el polvo y el material de construcción como cemento y piedras cae directamente a la alberca. El WiFi no funciona bien y el internet es lento. Hay ruido de construcción de 11am a 4pm aproximadamente. El hotel no cuenta con un letrero en la entrada que lo distinga por lo que es difícil dar con el y más si la puerta está cerrada.

mal ya que en su publicidad ponen que cuentan con estacionamiento gratis y no cuentan con estacionamiento y los climas no enfrían muy bien les falta mantenimiento

Una opción terrible para hospedarse, las fotos fueron tomadas hace años, los cuartos sucios, las paredes embarradas de x cosa, no hay agua caliente, no es posible ver TV, el refrigerador inservible, toallas sucias, sábanas sucias. Nada recomendable

Was very quiet for being so close to 5 ave. Clean and close to everything and free beach access and chairs ..

El hotel está en muy buena locación a unas cuadras de la 5ta avenida y la playa . Estaba limpio y los trabajadores muy atentos lo único que no me gusto fue la regadera no te podías bañar muy bien y aveces no salia el agua muy caliente. Pero para el precio pues lo esperaba

There is nothing 'boutique' about this hotel. It is pretty much a dump. It's close to the north end of Ave 5 if that's your thing. It is also a short walk to Encanto Beach, and included access to the decent Martina Beach Club (though you need to get there EARLY to score beach lounges on busy days!).

Cramped, musty, filthy rooms, narrow stairwell and no elevator, air conditioning that doesn't blow cool, every wall fixture in the bathroom torn off and painted over, water dripping from the ceiling (literally... I was awakened several times in a very poor night of sleep when water drops splatted on my face). There is no bedside lamp, but that's OK, the sheer curtains let in a bright glow from the courtyard area all night so you can practically read in bed.

Special shameful mention to the Expedia listing, which was either mistaken or an outright lie in just about every respect. The address shown in the listing map view was several miles away, and a much less desirable neighborhood west of the main highway. That's the sort-of good news. The bad news is that the address included with the email confirmation was also wrong and led us to walk about a mile out of our way to a residential neighborhood. The further bad news is everything about the listing was misleading. It said it was 415 ft² room, it was more like 150 ft²... It said two king beds. Nope, two doubles, with a total of exactly two pillows.

Terrible hotel, and lousy Expedia listing.
