Pros:

Stayed here 4 years in a row now. Love it. This year I got a perfect room, however, normally I get the rooms with a little table and chairs and are right outside a little kitchen which is handy. Would love that again.

Nice stay in Collingwood
Pros:

Very new complex in the heart of Collingwood - rooms do what they say on the tin no complaints from me.

Cons:

They have tables and chairs out in the hall way - not great when people bang into them at night or have loud conversations. The curtains are exactly black out.

Small room, great bed. Good tv.
Pros:

The bed was luxurious and the linen good. The tv was great

Cons:

I particularly did not like the semi circle reception desk, I found myself standing on the “business” side, sharing the stationery cupboards, modems, wires and the rubbish bin. Another big Nono for me, the staff were dressed so casually with no discernible id, they all looked like a bunch of uni students on a break.

Funky concept but the "cool" features don't outweigh the impractical ones. Wouldn't go back.
Pros:

For what we wanted (to be near a party on Smith Street) the location was great but I suspect we are too old (60 and 65) to appreciate the funky features of this place.

Cons:

I didn't like that, despite being upgraded, you can't get out of the bed on both sides so one person has to clamber over the other. I prefer tea and coffee facilities to be more available than they were ie not even on the same floor as we were staying. No storage space at all. We managed for one night but not so much as one coathanger (only a couple of wall hooks) which is not ideal.
