Thick Dust in Rooms, not cleaned properly

I arrived late at night. went up to my room and swipe card not working. went down to reception and got a replacement card. still not working so back down to reception. This time a staff member had to let me in . I woke up very early with bad allergies and finding it hard to breath properly. Im Asthmatic and there was thick dust along the top board of the bed and on the windows sill. Not good after paying $166 for a room. I left at 4.30 am . I told them about the dust and they said they will let house keeping know. I am very disappointed after this recent stay and wont be returning

Pros:

Very comfortable and great working tables in the foyer. The staff were also exceptional and very helpful.

Fantastic value for money
Pros:

The room was very spacious and the beds were really comfy! The room had all the amenities we could need - two ensuite bathrooms, a kitchenette, hairdryer, big TVs, etc. I loved that the kitchenette even included high-quality Smeg appliances (much better than I expected for a budget hotel). The hotel is also in a fantastic location near Smith Street, and the staff were really friendly! Overall, the hotel and room were incredible value for money.

Cons:

I didn’t like that the bathroom walls were translucent. Luckily I was travelling with family, but I wouldn’t be comfortable travelling with friends or colleagues without full privacy in the bathroom. The shower also doesn’t drain well, so the floor was quite wet after every shower.
