Terrible customer service
Cons:

Was charged an extra 40$ for requesting a whirlpool room, even though I booked a deluxe king. Was told I couldn’t get a receipt, then wouldn’t let me get the whirlpool room

Overall a very positive experience, I would definitely stay there again.
Pros:

I made a mistake and was put in a smoking room.

Cons:

The guest next door were partying until 3 am and back at it at 6:30 am. I should have gone to the office but did not. The room has been refurbished and was very nice.
