Pros:

Das Hotel liegt außerhalb von Karlsruhe, direkt gegenüber der Messe in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet. Das Frühstück war toll mit vielen Angeboten.
Parkplätze gibt es direkt am Hotel für 9,50 € oder man parkt auf der Straße kostenlos. Die Rezeption / Bar war bis 22.30 Uhr besetzt.
Auschecken war bis 12 Uhr möglich.

Für Messe gut - ansonsten würde ich anderweitig buchen
Pros:

Die Lage zur Messe (fußläufig) ist natürlich überragend. Die Zimmer sind soweit auch modern und komfortabel eingerichtet. Geschlafen habe ich dort sehr gut

Cons:

Das Frühstück ist wirklich nicht den Preis wert. Der Gipfel der Convenience Produkte ist das Ei, welches nicht mehr als Rührei, sondern als Fertig-Rührei-Muffin dargereicht wird. Schmeckt auch so... furchtbar! Das Hotel verzichtet wo es nur möglich ist auf Personal. Einchecken - macht man selbst; Auschecken - die eigene Sache; Frühstückstablett abräumen - gerne selbst auf den Roboter. Ich finde das so unpersönlich, dass ich außerhalb der Messe dort nicht buchen würde. Das Zimmer kostet natürlich trotzdem nicht 80 Euro, es wird ein deutlich höherer Preis abgerufen. Die Parkmöglichkeiten sind dort sehr begrenzt. Auf dem Rewe Parkplatz darf man nur 1 1/2 Stunden stehen, hier wird auch streng kontrolliert und entsprechend Tickets geschrieben. Das Hotel dürfte sich den Luxus leisten und einen eigenen Parkplatz schaffen (ja es gibt sicherlich ca. 20-30 eigene Parkplätze, nur ist das deutlich zu wenig). Wer noch essen gehen möchte findet hier nur eingeschränkt Möglichkeiten. In der Regel muss man mit dem Auto fahren.

Cons:

Sauberkeit im Zimmer und vor dem Zimmer auf dem Teppich.
Dusche müsste mal neu mit Silikon verfugt werden.
