Clean place,good location, and great staff.
Pros:

Our room is clean, no unwanted smell, and well lit. All the staff are so kind specially front desk staff Diane.

Cons:

Our room door needed a lot of effort to push it open. Also, no waffle option for breakfast.

Pros:

Beds were comfortable; gym, pool and hot tub were incredible. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

You have to ask for pool towels each time you want to swim, which is a bit odd but okay. My only "complaint" would be the access to the beach. The crosswalks are conveniently located but the traffic does NOT want to stop for pedestrians even with the walk signs.

Pros:

I liked the location. The breakfasts were good. The suite was comfortable.

Cons:

The upholstery in the room was dirty. We had difficulty getting our room cleaned and found the desk attendant that we spoke to about getting our room cleaned to be sorely lacking in customer service skills. The room was eventually cleaned but the process soured our experience.

A welcoming staff, a great free breakfast and proximity to everything made for a wonderful stay. We’ll be back!
Pros:

The location was very close to everything we needed. The closest beach was a short 10-minute walk, Walmart and Target and multiple food options were minutes away. The facility was clean and the staff was great.
