По перше, дуже зручна локація, десь 7 хвилин пішки до бескоштовного пляжу. Він невеликий але місця усім вистачало і біля нього є бескоштовна парковка, якщо не хочете йти пішки. Комфортні номера, є уся необхідна посуда якщо хочете готувати самостійно. Все виглядає дуже охайно, співвідношення ціни і якості хороше. Дуже приємні співробітники. Є бескоштовна зарядка для електромобілів. Є гаряча джакуззі. Кожну середу компліментарні вино і закуски із 5 до 6:30 вечора.

Cons:

Сніданки це головний недолік. Несмачно, кожного дня одне й теж, навіть нема можливості зробити вафлі або ще щось. На третій день на сніданок вже йти не хочеться. Вибір між розігритим незрозумілим і напівсухим мясом, резиновими типа сосіками, розігрітим із пакету омлетом, просто відвареною картоплею (пару днів інколи була ще піджарена із перцем та цибулею), тости, трішки різних пластівців і одно типу молоко. Тому на сніданки особливо можете не розраховувати.
А ще повітряний шлях із найблищого аеропорту пролягає прям над готелем. І над пляжем також. Тому може трішки лякати.

Cleanliness Concerns

Hello,

I am following up again regarding the unresolved cleanliness concerns from my stay in Room 522 from July 31, 2026, through August 2, 2026.

I have now reached out by email more than twice. Before checking out, I also requested to speak directly with the General Manager, Alejandro. Despite these efforts, I have not received a response, update, or resolution regarding the condition of my room or the compensation that was discussed.

Upon arrival, the room had not been properly cleaned, and I reported the issue immediately. I also have photographs documenting the condition of the room. I was advised that compensation, including the possibility of one night being credited, would be reviewed. However, at this point, nothing has been done regarding my stay.

I am disappointed by the lack of communication and follow-through, particularly since I made several attempts to have this matter addressed before my departure. Please provide a written update confirming what accommodation or compensation will be issued and when I can expect the matter to be resolved.

I would appreciate a prompt response.
