Reasonable for a short stay where budget accommodation is required.
Pros:

Budget accommodation. Priced for what I needed in an emergency situation.

Cons:

Needed more than one pillow. The narrow steep stairs.

Bookings.com should ban them from there website.
Cons:

Extremely unhygienic. So many cockroaches in the room. Very old property. Unmaintained. Such places spread diseases. Manager came in my room after so many complaints and started killing cockroaches and spiders with her slippers. And picked cockroaches from her hand and threw it out of the window. Towels provided were dirty too. I would like to get a refund for such fraud place.

when i reached there no one response to the phone i did try to all numbers 100 of times then we stay on the foot path the whole night.

Overall, the experience was extremely disappointing. I would never stay here again, and I would not recommend this property for families. It did not feel clean, comfortable, or safe, and it certainly did not match the standard or description provided.

Cons:

The accommodation felt more like a backpacker-style hostel than what was advertised. The shared areas were not well maintained; bathroom bins were not emptied daily, showers were not cleaned for the 2 nights we stayed, and we even had cockroaches in the bedroom. There was a strong smell of smoke throughout the property despite multiple “no smoking” signs. Additionally, the “family room” we booked was advertised as having two double beds, but it only contained one double and one single bed. No reception to let us in, no signs at the front of the building to say where the entrance is. Lady who answered our call was very rude. I would never stay here again.
