Great location, stressful stay
Pros:

Cons:

I didn’t get much sleep due thin walls and loud neighbours. The kitchen was overflowing with dirty dishes so I didn’t use it. The fridge didn’t work. The toilet floor was wet with urine. I cried I was so tired and was working on a job during the day. I really want a refund

Location great. Noise from residents terrible.
Pros:

proximity to a concert in Queens Park.

Cons:

The smoking balcony was right outside our door and, despite a sign that said "no noise after 7pm" there were people smoking and making noise until 0300. It was a Friday night.

Last minute stay, location great, online photos show better than it is sadly, Needs Reno badly.
Pros:

Last minute stay, manager communication on point. Comfortable bed.

Cons:

Needs little side table lamp as only light available was main light switch at entry door.
Felt a little uncomfortable as traveling Solo and having to used shared bathroom with others on the floor,
Man across the hall opened door with Lit Cigarette hanging out of mouth, wasn't sure if allowed to smoke in rooms but hallway smelled of cigarettes.

Very disappointed

Cons:

There was a lady sleeping the bath overnight in the communal bathroom. The shower walls are dirty and the hand soap container is broken, the men’s bathroom apparently didn’t have soap. The mattress was horrendous. The mattress had coils poking out and about two thin layers of material over it. Was so uncomfortable that we only around 3hrs sleep and left early. Invest in some decent beds. It’s also around 10 degrees over night and the blankets were thin.

Mattress was absolutely terrible and had springs poking into you shower facility looked disgusting it may have been clean but there was no way I was going to stand in the bath that looked like that, the bedroom floor was was sticky

Horrible service and cleanliness

Bugs everywhere spiders in the bed waited a half an hour just to get into the building cause they didn't put my room key in the key box then gave me a different key box to open the code didnt work had to wait for someone to come down and the room had bugs everywhere was disgusting
