Good location, clean and comfortable room. Nice bathroom design. Most of the staff very competent and friendly. Didn't try the pool, gym or skybar.
Broken TV and refrigerator. Chinese smoking everywhere. Breakfast buffet empty when arriving at 9AM on the first day. Reception politely made me understand that none of it is their problem.

A perfect and unforgettable stay in Phnom Penh!
The hotel is simply exceptional in every parameter. The rooms are spacious, clean to a high standard and tastefully decorated, with spectacular views from the great height to the city streets and the river.
The staff is kind, professional and ready to help with any request with a wide smile.
Breakfast is rich and varied, and the rooftop pool upgrades the experience and makes it especially pampering.
The location is central and very convenient for outings and excursions in the city.
What I loved most about our stay was everything! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, the accommodation was spotlessly clean, and it was excellent value for money. We were also pleasantly surprised with a complimentary fruit platter on arrival, which was such a lovely and thoughtful touch.
From the warm hospitality and cleanliness to the little extras, everything was just wonderful. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily return!

everything was amazing. All the staff was so so helpful and nice, I even got a free upgrade. The room was excelently cleaned and really comfortable, it had a nice view and pretty much everything You could ask for. The rooftop has a great view and a pool, which unfortunately closed earlier than it was supposed to. Breakfast was amazing, not a typical western style, but I was not expecting that.

I had so much fun staying at Ocean Hotel! They made my birthday extra special by surprising me with a complimentary birthday card and a beautiful fruit cake. It was such a thoughtful gesture that I truly appreciated.
