Service et petit déjeuner impeccable
Chambre bruyante

J’ai réservé une suite pour 3 nuits. En arrivant, l’hôtesse d’accueil s’excuse que la suite n’est pas disponible la première nuit et propose un appartement qui est pourri.
Elle promet la suite pour les 2 nuits suivantes.
Le lendemain ils déménagent ma valise dans une chambre deluxe.
Bref une vraie ARNAQUE
Bien sûr le séjour était payé à l’avance au prix de la suite

Great place to stay, right in the middle of the city centre

L'hôtel est récent donc tout est convenable, propre et fonctionnel : battant des toilettes avec frein, douche (sans pommeau pluie, ouf!), literies excellentes (après l'horreur du Sofitel Casa, ça nous a fait du bien), frigo dans la chambre sans bruit, lumières suffisantes avec liseuss au lit, prises dispo aussi pour recharger, salle de sport tout à fait correcte (appareils de marche, de course, velos, tapis de sol confortables)

Perte d'un vêtement dans ma chambre, Personnels agréable mais beaucoup de rire bruitages lors du petit déjeuner et c'est vraiment dérangerant a la longue

Central location.

Decent property.

Good hotel, central with easy walking distance to restaurants and shops. Room with AC, comfortable bed and clean with a balcony. We've stayed here a couple of times before and recommend it. The only issue was missing towels which was resolved quickly and rainfall shower which didn't work and wasn't fixed.

Personalet og rengøringen er helt i top, elskede disse 2 ting.

Vores TV virkede ikke og jeg sagde det 2 gange til receptionen + at der ikke blev fyldt op med the og kaffe på værelset, så måtte ned og hente selv.

Der manglede alternativer til morgenmaden og jeg måtte spørge efter ting flere gange hver dag.

Placeringen er fantastisk, mangler dog en pool på taget.

Ce que j’ai apprécié le plus dans cette hôtel, c’est la sérénité. Il n’y a aucun bruit dans la chambre bien isolé comme si on étiez dans une bulle très bien isolé à part autour de l’hôtel qui est très beau la saleté de l’extérieur autour de l’hôtel et quelques j’oublie des femmes de chambre au revoir, sinon j’ai passé un très bon séjour. Le service était parfait. Il est l’hôtel est très beau très accueillant et très agréable. Je reviendrai dans cette hôtel avec un grand plaisir et sans hésitation.

is AMAZING! My boyfriend and I went on a sunday for dettsec show and had the best time! Great party atmosphere, the sound system was terrific, the light show and Dj were incredible. We had GUESTLIST entry and waited around 30mins other than this everything perfect.

Came to this hotel to see dettsec. Probably one of the best parties I have visit. Bought tickets ahead of time which I highly recommend. Place was overcrowd, I dont know if its always likw that or it was directly related to the DJ. Drinks are expensive as any other hotel in Kenitra. The lights and sounds are amazing. Place was clean and security were not rude. I would go back anytime!

Went to a Dettsec halloween night at the hotel and loved every minute. Best experience I have had at a party, everything was great and clean, friendly staff. The decoration was just amazing, atmosphere amazing.

We stayed at this hotel for a week with my husband. Generally the hotel is very clean and the staff specially in restaurant was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was comprehensive and restaurant comfortable. Hotel location good in the downtown area. Thank you!
