Cons:

Лифт издаёт звуки,которые мешают ночью спать. В час ночи под окнами отеля ,на парковке отеля ,было авто- пати. Администратор гостинницы предложил беруши.

Дуже класний готель, чистий сучасний, з прекрасним персоналом, ідеально підійде для сімейного відпочинку, особливо довго
Pros:

Дуже гарний, чистий, сучасний готель з усіма зручностями, найкраще підійде для сімейного відпочинку. Персонал дуже ввічливий, оперативно вирішували всі питання, робили все щоб відвідувачам було комфортно. Готель також класно виглядає, дизайн сучасний і дуже прикольний, в номерах дуже чисто, просторі душові, зручні матраци, багато місця для зберігання. Все що ви забули і вам знадобилося - вам дадуть, персонал допомагає і вдень і вночі. Також вкрай приємним бонусом був басейн з джакузі, саунами і лазнями.
Розташування є і плюсом і мінусом одночасно, тому що з одного боку доводиться витрачати на дорогу більше часу ніж хотілося б, але з іншого готель находиться в дуже мальовничому тихому місці, і прямо від нього ходить маршрутка до центру міста.

Cons:

Неприємно здивував лише сніданок. Вибір вкрай обмежений для такого рівня готелю, сніданок прямо самий базовий і простий, єдине що приємно здивувало там це консервовані персики. Також викликала сильне роздратування у всієї нашої компанії ситуація з кавомашиною. Вона весь час припиняла працювати то з одних то з інших причин. Буквально нормально робилась одна кава а потім щось йшло не так. Щоб отримати каву мені знадобилося витратити купу часу і нервів, а моєму хлопцю по ітогу взагалі дісталась не кава а якась дивна жижа.
