A Luxurious Stay with Great Highlights, but Room for Improvement
Pros:

The hotel has a genuinely luxurious atmosphere, with excellent facilities throughout. We particularly loved the direct access to the beach, as well as the charming AIR bar and restaurant with its live music. The beautiful pool area was another highlight, and we really appreciated how easy it was to order something nice to eat or drink throughout the day. The lounge was also a favourite of ours, offering a great atmosphere and truly excellent cocktails.

Cons:

On first impression, the room looks very nice and luxurious. However, after spending some time in it and paying closer attention, we noticed several issues that definitely need some attention. For example, the shower hose was leaking, there were various stains, and part of the door appeared to be rotting.

More concerningly, on the second day of our stay, we noticed what appeared to be blood stains in several places in the room, including on the door handle and the wall. We have no idea how they got there, but we are certain that none of us had been bleeding. Finding this in a hotel room was obviously quite unpleasant and raised some concerns about the cleanliness.

The breakfast experience was also somewhat disappointing, although not because of the food itself. The selection and quality were genuinely excellent — easily a 10/10. Unfortunately, the service, while the staff were always very friendly, was rather inconsistent. On the first day, we had to wait a very long time for the food we ordered and had to ask about it three times. On the second day, everything arrived very quickly, but on our final morning, our order was forgotten completely. This meant we had to rush through breakfast in order not to miss the check-out time.

Excellent stay in a first class resort
Pros:

Excellent property, thoughtfully designed, great amenities. Amazing staff and service quality! Notably the gym was great and the trainer Thiago was super helpful.

good holiday and nice hotel. not much to do out of the hotel

The perfect stay
Pros:

We had the perfect stay. It was our anniversary weekend and the team @ W residences made it feel extra special. Hannah at check-in went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and Diego was also ready to help everytime. Food was lovely especially at the Italian restaurant @ the rooftop. Facilities, cleanliness, room service team etc Highly recommend, can’t wait to go back.

Pros:

Everything was too good. We enjoyed the stay.

Cons:

The check in and check out time is bit off track. Check in can only be done by 1700 hrs and Checkout must be by 1000/ 1100 hours. This window of 7 hours is considerablly larger than other hotels which usually 3+ hours. We needed to request late checkout which was partially granted. It was not big hassle. But its just an observation of the gap.

Fantastic family resort
Pros:

One of the nicest rooms we have ever stayed in! The kitchen and fridge were just big enough for a vacation spot. The maid service was excellent, changed towels, did the dishes …. The resort is amazing and really at one with nature. The beach is a bit of a walk or shuttle but the pool area is great. Complimentary parking and electric charging was a big plus a we rented a diesel hybrid. Highly recommended!!!
