Pros:

Decent stay in a hotel that looks impressive from the inside. Unfortunately, it’s let down by poor upkeep and maintenance. The bathroom fan was extremely loud and rattly, the shower leaked, and the shower head clip was broken. Fridge was left unplugged when we arrived which caused water to leak when opening for first time. Breakfast had a good variety but not the best tasting.
Has few benefits such as ATM in reception and spa facilities which I did not try.

Pros:

The hotel is no to far from the city atractions. It is about 20 minutes walking distance to the old town.
The facility is new and is esthetically pleasing.
The staff was very professional an helpful.

Some positive and some negative but in all the place was beautiful
Pros:

It was clean. Beautiful garden. Nice food. Some staff were helpful. I want to thanks Miss Madina, Mr Ali, Mr Fakhrideen, Miss Sabina and Miss Marjonna. Miss Madina the swimming teacher came out of nowhere like angel to help me. I am very grateful to her. Mr Fakhrideen the waiter was very helpful.

Cons:

Did not clean the room. The curtains I don’t agree because I walk naked in the room, I don’t want to scared other people 😜
Mr Mohammad the waiter was not helpful at all. He was the only one in the restaurant that day and did not take care of me. Me and my wife were wondering in the restaurant but after sat down for a while, luckily we saw Mr Fakhrideen who helped us day before.
Two nights we asked for some watermelon in our room but never received. First night Mr Mohammad said “don’t have”. If I knew they didn’t have, I could have bought them some 😔
