This stay doesn’t even deserve 1 star
Most horrible infested with cockroaches in the room /hall/bathtoom/kitchen and refrigerator
On confrontation with manager he says nothing can be done as “cockroaches go hiding in winter and come out in summer due to heat” no service no towels worst place to stay I sujjest plz look at other options in same pricing around this area
Suddenly in the middle a fire alarm
Went off for 10 minutes and no one from the reception had courtesy to inform that it was a false alarm…also being pet friendly be ready to hear barking sounds from other rooms around you as we did. Overall this property doesn’t deserve to exist in dubai

I have stayed in Unlock Metropolis and it was great and comfortable short vacation. The apartment is spacious with kitchen. Only the cleaning service is on chargeable basis but in overall it was a great stay. Communication thru WhatsApp and the host are friendly.

Great View

We spent ten nights here in business and I must say that everything was excellent. The location is quite close to my destination. As for the room, it was spacious and surprisingly comfortable. I would definitely recommend this holiday homes to others having a business trip. I would say thanks for Unlock team and specially Abbas for amazing service very kind person

Unlock Metropolis has location and atmosphere without being over the top

Clean room, fairly spacious, comfortable bed and large bathroom, a little pricey for us but goes with the location. From the building, you can access the bus going directly to metro station. A restaurants and supermarket available 24/7.

Horrible hotel, room with a strong bad smell. Terrible service. In fact, be very careful, I asked for a full refund and I am still fighting with Booking to do something. They told me that night that they would handle it and of course now they are not responding to my messages.

DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL, in DUBAI THERE ARE THOUSANDS. It's disgusting and on top of that, if you leave, they will steal the stay that you weren't there for because they don't provide a clean room.

Stay with unlock was great. Fast checkin and check out.accomodating staff and response quickly in your inquiry. Near to canal with burj khalifa view. Accessible for taxi and bus. Communication thru WhatsApp is great.

Excellent experience and friendly staff. Good location. The partment was clean, modern, and with all necessary facilities as well the view was amazing. Definitely, I highly recommend Unlock Metropolis hotel.

The apartment was tidy and nice. The receptionist was always at our disposal. The location is great, not far from downtown (7 min by taxi, 40 min by walk) and there are grocery shops and restaurants 50m away.

A nice and quiet room with such a view to be admired! City on lights from the 20th floor as great as it can be. A clean room kitchen and bathroom, pillows perfect a balcony to stay in the evening. A warm welcomed in the reception, markets, pharmacy & coffee are downstairs till late and 24h help if you need!
I extended my stay here because I feel safe, a security who on his foot alllll the time to make sure everyone is set up and safe. Looking forward to come back here because dubai mall burj khalifa is just 9 mins driving from here and everything else is so close!

My worst experience in terms of apartments in Dubai I had problems from beginning to end I booked through a real estate agent who rented me my apartment for a month without warning me that in Dubai a month meant 30 days so I had to leave the premises on the 31st day of the month without anyone warning me no assistance to help bring down the luggage I waited an hour with my cab in the parking lot to finally bring it myself the elevators were often out of order a disaster I will never come back here for anything in the world

I had a great experience in this Apartment , clean rooms , good view and location is great, There are many supermarkets , coffee shops and Laundry around building.
The employees at the front office were very welcoming and very friendly.
I especially mention Mr. Hossam, He helped me to upgrade my room ,he was very caring.

Not too much to say about Unlock metropolis. They will know what you need and they will do it immediate. I had an issue with my apartment due to lowest floor and i was staying foe 20 dats and they moved me to higest floor in the next day.

Unlock Metropolis located in AG tower in business bay. The location was amazing close to downtown and Dubai Mall. Only ten minutes by car. Apartment was over looking burj Al Khalifa as well. There was a supermarket near by.

Staff was friendly . i booked with them before through Airbnb ladt year in December and there are many things has improved speacial the communication part . They are asking about your stay every three days which is really good.
