The location is very strategic, in front of the station & accessible from and to Osaka downtown (Namba, Shinsaibashi, Nipponbashi, etc.)
The room and the bed are very comfy, and the bathroom is sparkling clean. Very satisfied for the price paid

The room was clean. Towels were changed daily. The extra pillow was free-of-charge. The dining hall with free coffee was available for use even late at night for our snacks. The hotel ambiance was peaceful and relaxing. The service was superb — the staff were polite and assisted to our needs right away. The location was perfect for us — across it is Family Mart, it’s a few steps away from the train stations, Lawson and Mega Don Quijote

Cons:

ツインだったけどシングルを無理矢理ツインにしたように狭過ぎて動きにくかった。（床が殆ど見えないくらい）後、電車の音で目が覚めた。
