洒店對面就已經是南海電車且有電梯直達大堂，對於扶老携幼去旅行的家庭很方便。

Cons:

早餐的味道尚可，但款式每天基本一模一樣，如能有少許變化，會更理想。房間浴室的門檻及浴缸太高，對長者出入有點不便。

Pros:

防音がしっかりしていた。
旅費が安く済む
喫煙フロアと禁煙フロアにしっかり分けられている。

Cons:

トイレが臭かった。
シャワーから出るお湯にまとまりがなく、水圧も弱い
受付スタッフが気だるそうだった。
個室に電話がなく不便。
セキュリティカードを最初から人数分用意してくれなかった(人部屋につき1枚だけ)これだとひとり出かけたら残った人は暗闇の部屋にいることになるでしょ？
