Pros:

We love The Standard and so had to pop in and see the roof top bar. This is something else here, we loved it. Great staff and service. Lovely views, the pool looked fantastic, next time we'll bring swim shorts and stay for longer. Loved the atmosphere too.

Favorite hotel in Ibiza- like coming home
Pros:

Truly favorite hotel in Ibiza- for work and pleasure. Always feels like coming home- the front desk managers are so kind and helpful- from check in to booking restaurants and services they really go beyond. Always beautiful and clean rooms as well. Great location in Ibiza center which makes everything seamless to get to!

Air Conditioning Failures, Flooding, and No Sleep
Pros:

We stayed in one of the highest-category suites at The Standard Ibiza while attending a friend’s wedding and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience.

Throughout our stay, the air conditioning repeatedly failed during extremely hot weather, making it almost impossible to sleep. The suite also experienced lighting failures, and a toilet leak flooded the bathroom and spread into the living area.

Some members of staff were polite and made genuine efforts to resolve the issues; however, despite multiple interventions, the problems persisted. Management offered a complimentary drink as compensation, but I did not feel this adequately reflected the impact of spending two nights in a premium suite without reliable air conditioning while also dealing with flooding and ongoing maintenance issues.

I appreciate that problems can occur in any hotel, but for a property positioned as a luxury five-star experience, I expected both a more effective resolution and a more appropriate level of compensation. The most disappointing aspect was not that the issues occurred, but that they were unable to be resolved and the resulting disruption to our stay was not properly acknowledged.

Outstanding concierge team
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay, but what really made the experience exceptional was the Concierge team. A very special thank you to Sonia, Tiziana, and Irene, who were absolutely fantastic. They were incredibly attentive, always available, and managed to arrange everything we requested with ease. Without a doubt, this is the best Concierge team on the island. Their dedication, local knowledge, and genuine care made all the difference in our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and are so grateful for everything they did for us.

A Perfect Stay in Ibiza – Exceptional Service and Unforgettable Experience

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Standard, Ibiza, and I honestly couldn’t recommend it more. From start to finish, everything was exceptional.
The hotel itself is beautiful: our room was stylish, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. The rooftop is a true highlight: stunning views, amazing atmosphere, and the perfect spot to relax both during the day.
What truly made our stay unforgettable, however, was the service. The team is outstanding and genuinely makes you feel at home in a way that is so rare nowadays. A very special mention to Alejandro, Manuel, and Sonia from the Concierge team -they went above and beyond for us. They created a full itinerary for our stay, and every single recommendation was spot on. Thanks to them, we were able to experience the very best of Ibiza without any stress.
It’s the people that really set this hotel apart: the warmth, attention to detail, and genuine care are something you don’t often find elsewhere. We left already looking forward to coming back.
