Cons:

Sono rimasto due notti, al mattino non hanno pulito la camera a causa di un disguido tra il personale. Il secondo giorno la tessera non funzionava e sono dovuto passare dalla reception per rinnovarla.
La piscina era chiusa, ma l'ho saputo solo al mio arrivo in hotel .

Vergognosi!... Dopo avere prenotato un totale di 5 notti per un piccolo gruppo di miei dipendenti il giorno del checkout che è avvenuto alle 5 del mattino chiedo la fattura e mi viene risposto se potevamo scambiarci i dati via mail visto che era molto presto ed io tra parentesi avevo anche una discreta fretta. Nessunissimo problema... se non fosse che è da 10 giorni che che li chiamiamo e mandiamo mail, PEC incluse per ricevere le fatture DOVUTE. Ciò rappresenta un atteggiamento a dir poco irresponsabile e irrispettoso verso chi per ovvie ragioni fiscali ha bisogno scaricare gli importi pagati.

Ho chiesto la fatturazione ed hanno emesso una ricevuta tra parentesi no a mio nome ossia colui il quale aveva pagato le stanze con la propria carta di credito.

Quando ho chiesto la fattura mi è stato detto che era troppo tardi ma non è così poiché in questo caso l'annullamento della riecevuta (con intestazione sbagliata) e la contestuale emissione della fattura risulta essere procedura semplice oltre che dovuta.

Tuttavia sono fiducioso che la situazione si risolverà presto.

Great hotel but a little too far away from the main tourist areas. Still, I highly recommend the hotel.
Pros:

I booked this property primarily due to the proximity to the originally advertised finish for Stage 15 Giro d’Italia. The other properties al has very mixed reviews so chose this hotel due its generally good reviews, which it turns out were soot in.

Cons:

Unfortunately the finish for Giro Stage 15 was not near this hotel which was a huge disappointment. But the reason for posting something negative here were due to the trouble with v slow meal BB delivery in their prime restaurant, and the lack of coordination & management of their roof top pool area.

Camere pulite moderne e spaziose. Personale simpatico

Cons:

Prezzo alto e qualità media. I dettagli non sono curati. La piscina é molto affollata e non é adeguatamente rassettata durante l’utilizzo degli ospiti. Le piastrelle del bordo piscina non sono antiscivolo e più di un ospite ha rischiato lo scivolone. Il posto auto non è gratis: 30€ al giorno.
