Pros:

The rooms were clean and large. And the staff very friendly and welcoming.

Cons:

The showers in my room seemed like they hadn’t been sued often. There was a foul odour every time you turned it on. The WiFi was very poor and breakfast was terribly bad. Not up to standards unfortunately.

Fijn hotel met zwembad
Pros:

Heerlijk hotel. Grote kamer met fantastische bedden. Zwembad op het dak is heerlijk om af te koelen in het warme Milaan.

Cons:

De service bij het zwembad en de bar bij het zwembad was niet goed. Eten en drinken was ook erg duur bij de bar.

Vergognosi!... Dopo avere prenotato un totale di 5 notti per un piccolo gruppo di miei dipendenti il giorno del checkout che è avvenuto alle 5 del mattino chiedo la fattura e mi viene risposto se potevamo scambiarci i dati via mail visto che era molto presto ed io tra parentesi avevo anche una discreta fretta. Nessunissimo problema... se non fosse che è da 10 giorni che che li chiamiamo e mandiamo mail, PEC incluse per ricevere le fatture DOVUTE. Ciò rappresenta un atteggiamento a dir poco irresponsabile e irrispettoso verso chi per ovvie ragioni fiscali ha bisogno scaricare gli importi pagati.

Ci si aspetta.un po' di più da un 4 stelle

La struttura moderna e accogliente

Cons:

Sono rimasto due notti, al mattino non hanno pulito la camera a causa di un disguido tra il personale. Il secondo giorno la tessera non funzionava e sono dovuto passare dalla reception per rinnovarla.
La piscina era chiusa, ma l'ho saputo solo al mio arrivo in hotel .
