Efficienza della polizia municipale di Milano

Struttura bellissima e affascinante. Personale gentile.

Il giorno del check out c’era la maratona che bloccava l’uscita delle macchine dal garage fino alle 14:30. Avremmo perso il volo se non ci fossimo attivati personalmente con i vigili urbani di Milano che gentilmente ci hanno inviato una scorta fino alla tangenziale. Il personale gentilissimo non sapeva cosa fare, ci hanno risposto: abbiamo affisso degli avvisi nell’ ascensore ( avvisi anche poco visibili ) Sarebbe bastato avvisare i pochi clienti che avevano la macchina in garage (circa 20). Garage carissimo

L hotel è nuovo ed è molto bello.
I ragazzi alla reception molto carini e gentili, un po meno lo staff della colazione.

Cons:

Dopo essere entrati in camera mi sono accorta che sul bidet c era una bottoglietta di sapone( non dell hotel) usata, l accappatoio appeso era bucato e sporco di trucco, sul minibar c era un po di polvere e il piattino del te era sporchissimo, cosi sono scesa in reception ho chiesto di sistemare il tutto e di aggiungere un altro accappatoio perché eravamo in 2 ( tra l altro il setup del bagno è rimasto per 1 persona). Al mio rientro era stato messo l accappatoio sigillato in piu, ma quello sporco era rimasto appeso al bagno.
Inutile dire che sono scesa nuovamente...ahimè per me qst è una grossa pecca, forse perché sono anche del settore e guardo tutto ma per il prezzo della camera queste cose non devono succedere.
Anche i ragazzi della colazione non sono attenti ai clienti come dovrebbero, mancavano dei cucchiaini, dei croissant che abbiamo dovuto richiedere noi, cosi come lo sparecchiamento del tavolo, visto che c erano 4 piatti sporchi ma nessuno li prendeva eppure camminano avanti e indietro, forse x non farsi vedere fermi...ma non si accorgono di alcune piccolezze. Un piccolo suggerimento per lo jogurt perché non optate per il ghiaccio? Lo jogurt caldo da fastidio

Bel hôtel proche du métro.
Pros:

L’architecture du bâtiment et le confort de la literie.

Cons:

Le prix du parking est un peu élevé (30€/nuit). Il y avait beaucoup de poussière sur les meubles et dans les placards.
