Disappointing
Pros:

The hotel seems comfortable, but nothing special. The location is good.

Cons:

Cleanliness was disappointing. I stayed for less than 24 hours and noticed several areas that clearly hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. There was a used toothbrush and other kinds of trash behind the sink — it was disgusting.

Additionally, the room only has a window facing the corridor, which completely eliminates any privacy. You have to keep it closed at all times, making the room feel very claustrophobic

Pros:

Due to transportation issues (a common problem in Vietnam), I arrived a day later than planned and had to leave a day earlier. The receptionist man helped me manage everything; he was very attentive and kind, which I greatly appreciate. They didn't mind shortening my reservation. They adjusted the price for just one night, and that was that. They also let me check in before 2:00 PM.

Cons:

I am vegan and for breakfast the option was scarce and limited.

Pros:

As the name suggests, Nature Boutique Hotel in Dalat is truly idyllic. It is a wonderful place to rest, unwind, and rejuvenate. The rooms with a view offer an even better reason to wake up surrounded by nature. The staff were incredibly accommodating and genuinely did their best to make our stay comfortable. The two team members at reception were especially friendly, and Vy went above and beyond by organising breakfast for my family on the day we arrived in Dalat, which was very much appreciated.

Cons:

There was very little to fault during our stay. The only minor consideration is that rooms without a view or windows may feel slightly enclosed for some guests.

This was a sweet small hotel, beautifully designed and elegant for the great price.
Pros:

Everything! Location, walking to town , the lake , restaurants. Great room.

Cons:

Nothing to dislike!

Pros:

The bed was super large and comfy. Stuff were nice and helpful and any time of day. Location is a few minutes drive to every place in town, and in a very quiet street.

Pros:

The staff are very helpful and they did an excellent job to make my stay smooth and comfortable. They helped with booking my tours and arranging for my breakfast . They also try their best to communicate in English and trying to improve their language skills every day.
