Sve je savrseno, wellness i spa iizuzetni, hrana izuzetna, izbor jela nevjerovatan,osoblje najljubaznije kad bih poredio sa svim hotelima gdje sam boravio, a po cijelom svijetu sam bio. Uzgred, ipak imam potrebu da pohvalim ljubaznu Ingrid na recepciji.. Smjestaj zaista fantastican, krevet udoban. Jednom rjecju, ako postoji savrsenstvo, to je ovo.

Aminess je prekrasan objekt i ima svoju kvalitetu,a to je lokacija i prekrasan pogled. Osoblje na recepciji i u restoranu je jako ljubazno. Pohvalila bih animatorice! Doručak je odličan. Fali kava bez kofeina🙈

Cons:

Nije mi se svidjelo to što nema nikakvog pića na večeri pa ni vode,a tu informaciju nisam dobila pri rezervaciji polupansiona. Voda i mali sok od jabuke dođu 11€ što je prilična cijena. Večera nije baš raznovrsna, pohvala za salate, ali dosta se cekalo na grillu.

Amazing hotel. The staff could have been a bit more nice.
Pros:

Everything was great in terms of the hotel itself. Great location great facilities, has everything you would need. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. The girls at the reception (one was named Rebeka, were very very thoughtful and really nice. They kindly explained everything to us and assisted with everything we needed.

Cons:

The staff was awfully rude. More specifically the girls at the “daycare” igraonica. They made comments to my children about how long we left them, stating that half an hour is even too much let alone an hour as they wanted to finish their shift in peace. Now keep in mind that this is their job and there is no limit as to how long the children should be there as everything is included in the price. One of the girls in the spa center that gives out towels was also very rude and gave us an attitude when we asked her whether we would receive new vouchers for towels (we did not know the process).
