It was a delightful surprise.
Pros:

This hotel was smart to have its best assets greet us upon arrival. Yes, the door men were friendly enough, but receptionist Rebeka and concierge Ingrid were easily the most professional and personable hotel staff this seasoned traveler has ever dealt with. They alone are responsible for the Khalani getting the highest possible rating.

Немає дитячого харчування, нормального заїзду коляскою до пляжу, персонал не розуміє англійської, харчування жахливе! Потрібно відносити використані рушники назад в готель , що дуже не зручно! Це не про пʼятизірковий готель взагалі !

Naü boravak u vaüem hotelu je ispunio naüa oöekivanja.
Pros:

Ima li smo ukljucen polupansion i hrana je bila izvrsna. Sve pohvale! Nije nicega nedostajalo, posluga je stalno pravila dopunu.

Cons:

Ima li smo sobu okrenutu prema holu bez balkona, obzirom da je u hotelu bilo slobodnih soba mogao se napraviti up-grade u neku bolju sobu.

The hotel is beautifully decorated, spacious, and located in a stunning spot right by the sea. The staff were very kind and welcoming. The breakfast was rich and delicious.

Cons:

As a negative point, I would mention the spa area — it was quite cold, especially considering that you’re there in a swimsuit (often wet). The indoor pool was too cold, and the floor in front of the saunas was extremely slippery. We visited in autumn and were disappointed that we couldn’t fully enjoy the spa, especially since we already couldn’t use the outdoor pools.
