Cons:

Struttura vetusta con odore di stantio. Condizionatore basso vicino al letto, impossibile da regolare. Stanza senza finestre se non con una porta che dava in una specie di balcone molto sporco. Abbiamo il dubbio che ci fossero le cimici dei letti perché ci siamo svegliati con punture sospette e non c erano mosquito all interno della stanza!

good location for everglade city, and late checkin
Pros:

for the price, and location, it was exactly waht we needed. They were able to accomadate a late check in for us, and their proccess for a late check in was very simple :) very clean room, great air conditioning.

Chambre plutôt propre et spacieuse mais l'hôtel et le restaurant mitoyen sont abandonnés sans personnels.
Piscine propre

Bien que la piscine et la partie ''motel'' où nous avons dormi soient propre, il fonctionne comme un rbnb dans un coin abandonné de la ville et le Check-in se fait avec la voiture 3 block plus loin...

Wonderful spot on lake placid. Close to everything and affordable. Private and wasn’t bothered. Perfect for families. We will definitely come back again.
