I had a wonderful dining experience at Vivanta Turbhe, and a big part of what made it so special was the exceptional service by the staff - Sushmita, Vaishnavi and Purva!

My sister and I were treated with so much care and warmth throughout our visit. Sushmita went above and beyond by arranging complimentary chaat for us, which was absolutely delicious and such a thoughtful gesture. The food overall was excellent—flavourful, fresh, and beautifully presented.

What truly made the evening memorable was the birthday cake surprise arranged for my sister by Purva. It was incredibly sweet and thoughtful, and it made her day even more special. Vaishnavi also deserves a special mention for her warm, attentive, and welcoming service—she made us feel comfortable and genuinely well taken care of.

The entire restaurant team made our experience feel personal and memorable. Exceptional hospitality, great food, and thoughtful gestures—this is service done right. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Akhono was lovely and gave me the most relaxing facial and massage. Left me feeling de stressed and rejuvenated. Will definitely be coming back.

The kids were happy and looked after very well though swimming pool was under renovation. The arrangements were made for kids to go to le meridian for a swim and came back safely .

Big shout-out to Satish, Nihant & Anushka of Vivanta Turbhe for absolutely nailing the experience for morning breakfast. The bakery counter is a clear standout—the granola bars(made by Satish) are clean, well-balanced, and legit addictive, while the baked yogurt(Strawberry & Kiwi) is smooth thoughtfully done which feels home made & premium.

Major appreciation to Jyoti, Sunny, and Shubham for delivering a rock-solid South Indian spread—the Ragi Upma deserves special appreciation which was wholesome, perfectly textured and cooked with intent. It’s rare to see health-forward food done this right.

Lastly, the hosting was on point. Vishal, Vaishnavi, and Tete set the tone with warm, proactive & effortless hospitality. Seamless coordination, great energy, zero friction.

My experience here was amazing. The food was of great quality and made so good..full of flavours and texture. The turkey was juicy, the chicken was fresh and the bread smelled great. Overall had a fun time here.

Very ordinary hotel in an industrial area. Service is delayed and they provide complimentary breakfast only if there is space in their tiny restaurant

I stayed at the Vivanta Hotel in Navi Mumbai for a 3-week business trip in December 2025 and my experience was fantastic.

Starting with the rooms, they were spotless and all linen and towels were changed daily. The laundry service was also very quick, with extra care taken for delicate laundry such as linen shirts.

The food was of top quality, with a variety of regional Indian dishes as well as western options and everything in between. The staff always gave great recommendations whenever I asked for a new Indian dishes to try.

Speaking of staff, from the outer security, to the reception, and to the catering and hospitality staff, everyone was very friendly and accommodating. I would like to highlight the efforts of Vaishnavi and Shibani who were particularly accommodating and full of recommendations during meal times.

Overall, if you’re looking for an extremely comfortable stay in Navi Mumbai, whether it be for leisure or business, I can assure you that the Vivanta will be a choice you won’t regret.

Stayed here the weekend of Rolling Loud India and it was marvelous the hospitality is really good. I forgot a belt back home and Harnisha in the lobby helped me order one and converted some cash for so I could pay. The mint restaurant is really good the breakfast is top tier my favorite server was Purva all round a good experience

The chef - Akansha was very accommodating and helpful. She made the food very homely and it felt very comforting with the food she made. I've had a good meal in a hotel after long. Highly recommended 👍🏻

Really enjoyed all my meals I have had here especially the breakfast buffet. The food is great and the staff is very attentive. Shout out to Chef Akanksha, Vishal and Chef Iyoti.

I was down with food poisoning and had to work the entire day. Once I got back to my room, I decided to lie down as I was exhausted and unable to speak. I slept and woke up around 11 PM. Somehow, I managed to call the front desk and informed them that I needed something to eat as I was unwell. They noticed the weakness in my voice and understood the seriousness of the situation.
Surprisingly, the duty manager, along with two colleagues, came to my room and inquired about my health. They immediately connected me with a doctor on the spot (around 11:30 PM). The doctor prescribed some medicines. Since most of the nearby medical shops were closed, I’m sure they went the extra mile to arrange the medicines and deliver them to me.
This was one of the best experiences I’ve had with Taj. Kudos to the Taj Vivanta team for providing such exceptional care and ensuring the best experience for their customers.

Although Getting to the hotel was a bit difficult because of the traffic, once you are in the hotel compound, it is like a different world. Hotel is excellent. Room was cozy and comfortable. Check-in and Check-out was swift. Staff was courteous. Breakfast spread at Mynt was good and food was delicious. Roof top bar was very relaxing. Sachin Gupta and Bhavesh were attentive. Gave excellent service. In Wink bar Bhavesh was courteous and attentive. Chilli Garlic Prawns was delicious. Overall a comfortable relaxing experience. Rooms were quite and clean.

New hotel! Very friendly and helpful staff. At breakfast, Chef Akanksha and Chef Jyoti prepared excellent food with attention to detail.

The team are extremely efficient, ensured a quick check-in and at the time of check-out ensured bill settlement were accurately done. Thank you once again for going out of your way and allotting us rooms as per our requests. The warmth and courtesy shown at the time of arrival & departure are well appreciated by us. Thankyou Concierge team too (Sukhbir, Luv, Dharam) for the help provided to us. The IRD Team headed by the F&B Mgr. Mr. Shrikant Subramanium and team Restaurant Managers Mr Prajwal, Mr Balkrishna, Mr Suraj Yadav, Mr Nitin, Supervisor Diksha and team (Madhur, Mahesh, Viral, Sushmita, Tete, Pravin, Vishal, Shibani, Shubhangi, Prajwal, Vikas, Vaishnavi, Mimi, Purva, Tushar, Yogesh, Pooja, Harshad, Sakshi) remember our preferences, likes and dislikes and help us in ordering. We look forward for their guest interactions during our lunches and dinners. We as a family, also, appreciate their sweet gestures at the time of departure. It means a lot to us. Thankyou Executive Chef Bharti Chaudhary and her team of chefs (Sous Chef Shubhamoy, Chef Nishta, Chef Dhruv, Chef Jyoti, Chef Kamlesh, Chef Sahil Chef Akanksha, Chef Surinder, Chef Noor, Chef Mithil) and the entire team of chefs for pampering us with mouthwatering Indian, sushis, continental meals and warm breakfasts. The change in the cuisines (introduction of grills and some of the comfort foods), its taste and the placement of the variety of dishes at the breakfast was like a breath of fresh air. Thankyou Mr Rahul Mhatre, Mr Popat, Supervisor Ganesh, Aarti, Shubham and your housekeeping team (Gauri, Deepesh Kumar, Suraj, Saurabh Bibey, Vishal, Saurabh) for keeping the rooms ready, clean and comfortable at the time of arrival and during our entire stay. The placement of fruits, goodies as per our liking and preferences gives us the feeling of warmth and care. Also, the bathroom accessories like bath salts made us feel pampered. We acknowledge the efforts of Mr Dattatray and his team to ensure the public spaces are kept clean and hygienic. Mr Bhagirath as always takes efforts to keep the gym and the swimming pool clean, safe and hygienic. It is noteworthy of the improved delicious Maharashtrian meals, the pooran polis, rassas, the bhakris cooked by Ekta tai are a must try. She makes good typical koli food too. The WINK is well managed by bartenders Mahesh, Maninder, Sachin and Bhavesh. The cocktails and mocktails are personally curated and very innovative and refreshing. It was very nice of Mr Harish Shinde the Security in charge for interacting with us. We appreciate these gestures. Comfortable stays. The landscaping in and around the hotel is very aesthetically done with an element of comfort and privacy. The Ganpati idol placed in the lobby is well maintained and nicely decorated with fresh flowers. Thank you once again to the entire staff and management for our lovely and rejuvenating stay. We as a family have enjoyed our stay more than ever as the hospitality of the entire staff and the introduction of new cuisines and dishes have gone many steps above the TAJNESS level for a VIVANTA.
