Pathetic Property of Treebo group and Pathetic experience of Booking.Com
Cons:

Regarding Booking and Payment

At the time of booking, the Booking.com confirms that, no payment is required till the time of checkin, however got the message within 1 hour of booking from Treebo that I need to pay 50% of the amount else there is a possibility of cancellation due to high demand, and the hotel team asked balance 50% at the time of check in itself instead of industry practice of making the entire payment at the time of check out, and this is standard policy of Treebo... Surprisingly as per treebo team this policy is well discussed and published with Booking.com team also...

When we checked only 25% of the rooms were occupied, entire property was vacant

Regarding Stay Experience

At around 11 pm in the night there was a mouse in the room, have called the reception, there was no one as they don't have any staff which stays in the property for helping clients , I have raised the complaint to Treebo as per their support chat bot method, and even uploaded the pics, and got the reply that if they will find the concern is serious enough then they will call me within 30mnts however there is no response..

Regarding Food

Half of the items mentioned in the menu, was not available
In the breakfast only 2 items were there in the buffet and that too served at room temperature

It was amazing stay, liked it. Would revisit !!!
Pros:

Location was good and view from the gallery is awesome.
Breakfast is decent. Rooms are big. Parking is available. Restaurants are nearby.

Cons:

Fir dinner the cooking lady comes post 8 pm and your order will be taken post that, hard if you have small children with you.
