The hotel is in the center of city, very convenient and the rooms are quiet which is rare in Vietnam. The beds were very comfortable

the staff was not friendly and didn´t understand English very well, instead of clarification, they tell you to go away.

Pros:

Chambre très grande, propre et confortable. Le lit est immense et très confortable également. Très belle vue depuis la chambre. Le système de laverie est très pratique. Le petit déjeuner est très simple mais bon. Je recommande cet hôtel.

Cons:

Nous avions commandé des rouleaux de printemps végétariens puisque le menu les proposaient mais ils les ont servis avec de la viande dedans. Quand nous avons fait remarqué, le chef a simplement déroulé, retiré les morceaux et nous a renvoyé le plat, et il n'avait même pas retiré tous les morceaux... Cela n'est pas très respectueux. Le plat avait de toute façon été en contact avec de la viande donc la personne végétarienne n'a pas pu manger. Nous avons du aussi attendre 50min pour être servis. Peut être juste éviter de manger sur place car le reste est parfait.
