Tremont Hotel

When I arrived, the first room that I was given was not cleaned and the beds were visibly dirty. There was garbage in the elevators and when another guest alerted a staff member, they said they were not going to clean it. We decided to not stay the night at this hotel and checked out about an hour later (I had never done this before).

I submitted a request to cancel the rest of the reservation and be reimbursed for the remaining nights on my stay, but this request was denied.

The two men working at the front desk were helpful and considerate, but I would recommend against staying at this property if you have a choice.

Everything was good during our stay

Don’t use the atm I was scammed out of $200, no room service or anything. I would only stay here if you plan on being out the whole time and just sleeping at the hotel as I did.

Nice and clean

Not close to the train, which means Uber one way is about $15. Walkable area. Loud at times but not bad.

People arguing in the hallway, bed was cheap, room was small. But some positive things are that the place looks nice and we were safe.

The bed was comfortable, but you would have to request for someone to clean your or else it would be cleaned.

It’s not so much about the property but the booking with Expedia. We booked a room for the night for 2 adults and 1 child (16yo). When we turned up at the hotel they told us that we only booked a single room (max 2 people) and there is only 1 bed even though it clearly shows our booking is for 3 people. Because of the extra person we needed to pay extra $40. Even though they waived the extra $40 receptionist was extremely argumentative and in the end we still only had 1 bed, which we all had to share. Not a very good experience at all and a very uncomfortable night stay. We would have been better off sleeping at the airport!

Good area and very convenient. Very noisy at though so if you are looking for a quiet stay you wint get that. The shower head was leaking and not working properly but other than that it was a good stay.

Room was clean and comfortable.

clean environment , everything works well comfortable beds quiet in the room . but they need to change smoking policies.

Not good, rooms look NOTHING like the pictures online. Bathroom door handle fell off. Check in is behind glass. Weird vibe overall.

This property was horrible! I wasn’t able to check in early and people were literally throwing up and drunk at the lobby.

Terrible area. Do not go there.

Enjoyed my stay was very peaceful
