The location and the feel of the entire property. It was like going to Grandma's house, full of love and warmth.

Saw this place on the web and we re-routed our trip to to visit. Very peaceful and we had a great stay. Mark and his wife are doing a great job. We normally stay in chain hotels but found this place a very comfortable place to relax. Great coffee too.

After a shaky start, the service improved over the weekend, The bed was clean but the carpet appeared dirty and the shower had mold around the edges. The outdoor balcony needed a good cleaning. Breakfast both days was really good.

A step back in time...A truly wonderful healing adventure.
We went to experience the mineral waters and healing beds. Though, it was so much more. A piece of history starting with the front porch and going throughout the Hotel. Kally and Mark were wonderful hosts. Dinner as well as breakfast were served using the freshest and the best.
When you go...sign up for the mineral baths and healing beds. Perhaps, you will see us there.
It was nice to leave the bustle of the world behind!

It had so much potential but the owners did not offer any info not were they friendly. They were rude on more than 1 occasion over our stay & seemed only a little friendly when we were spending money in the gift shop.

What a special place! Such a relaxing and enjoyable experience soaking in the springs and relaxing on the healing mats. The only downsides are the rooms are smaller and bathroom situation for larger people is a hazard for hitting your head or bumping into things. That's the charm though as it's a true historic building and it is part of the experience. The area is so beautiful and quaint, highly recommend a trip to explore this historic region with the beautiful foliage and the homemade fresh meals. What a treasure! You must book the pampering experience separately and times are limited. A great family owns this place and does what they can to make you feel comfortable and at peace :)

Everything about this property is magical! The food was delicious! The atmosphere was perfect for relaxation. The spa was delightful and we had the deepest most rejuvenating sleep!

The Armour’s Hotel was charming. Mark was a hospitable host, concierge, server, and everything else. Our room was pretty small, but we were really only in it to sleep. The food was absolutely delicious! The spa treatment was worth doing once, but we would probably skip it if we came back. The setting is beautiful and we very much enjoyed our stay!

This 100 year old hotel is truly a hidden gem! People come from all around the world to soak in the healing sulphur springs located here.
The food they serve is phenomenal! It's all locally sourced, biodynamic or organic.
It's a quiet little community, perfect for a romantic getaway.

Armours is such a magical place!! Upon entering the hotel I had such a sense of peace and belonging. The owners are sweethearts and have put so much love and care into preserving history of the place. I highly recommend using the spa, the soaks are so relaxing and therapeutic. And don’t miss the breakfast….the food is delicious!! I will definitely be visiting again in the near future.

Quiet & restful

Not good

Ours was a weekend stay while attending a family wedding. We had a one bedroom suite on the second floor. Our living room space had TV and refrigerator. Loved having the extra bathroom, it was wonderful for getting ready.

Our bedroom opened onto the porch. The weather didn't allow us to set outside for very long but still enjoyed the view.

We also did the spa on saturday. It was a wonderful treat for us. Loved the mineral baths in the clawfoot tubs. Also, loved the heated bed.

Breakfast was delicious, loved the kitchen areas.

A wonderful weekend experience.

It’s a cute style B&B with lots of charm. The staff was nice. The spa was very relaxing and calming.

Mark is a gracious host and made our stay enjoyable. My wife and I took advantage of the spa package, dinner and the king sized bed room. We had a blast. The hotel still has a 1920s feel. The rooms are small but very comfortable and period-furnished. The dinner was very reasonably priced and delicious. We are looking forward to coming back when they have the music jam in the dining room.

We were traveling through and did not expect to find such a unique experience. Marc was very friendly and helpful. He and Kally have greated a unique experience which combines a nostalgic feeling inn with relaxing spa opportunities. We would have loved to stay for the breakfast, but we had a time crunch.

This is truly a hidden gem. A Hot Springs resort from another era, crumbling around the edges, but that’s half its charm. The spa services were very personalized, and the facilities could use some updating, the mineral waters truly were restorative. If you like out of the way finds, this is the spot for you!
