Luxury hotel with excellent ski in/out service. It is connected to 2 other hotels with an internal corridor so you can access many restaurants and shops. Rooms are super spacious. We booked the family room on 1F that has its garden. The garden was filled with snow which made our kids super happy. There was also free afternoon tea and drinks (with quite a bit of choices) every day with live music.
Staff seemed newly trained and were not very knowledge in terms of hotel policies. We called the front desk to ask about how to use the drink tickets and they gave us the wrong info. Also, communicating with staff in the ski concierge in English was difficult.

They could have more western menu options
The rooms and facilities were excellent and so were the staff.

今夏は１階でしたが冬と違って庭で寛げてさらに快適でした。ただ残念だったのが、朝食時のオーダーが通ってなかったり、庭にコーヒーを運んだ際に溢れてたりと、冬に比べてダイニングのスタッフのサービスレベルが低かったことです。あとは相変わらず素晴らしく快適でした。

Fantastic hotel for skiing, and quality of rooms.
Absolutely everything!! From the amazing large bedroom with comfortable bed and pillows, walk in robes to the excellent bathroom. The onsen had many choices with a sauna as well so best way to relax post a ski day. The ski concierge made things so easy from buying the tickets to keeping boots warm at night. Finally the afternoon tea with beautiful delights, aperitif time with more complimentary snacks and drinks to the fine dining restaurant which offered so many wonderful choices.
Very well planned schedule for afternoon tea, adult session. Breakfast lunch dinner all provided in hotel with high quality. Great onsen and service

Beautiful hotel and rooms located is a beautiful area. Many other dining options available in the neighboring hotels, but the hotel restaurant itself is very good. The staff were courteous and efficient.
The wine list at the on-site restaurant was very impressive. Bar on 3rd floor was also great.
Amazing breakfast buffet. Complimentary high tea and apéritif. Sparkling clean onsen. Attentive bell staff.
F&B staff not on point and clumsy in service. Our room #302, had a fowl smell in the shower room.
Hotel facilities is perfect.
Hotel staffs are all very professional and kindness no matter speak in Japanese or English, they meet customers’ expectations as much as they can.
