Ladonia Hotels Beceren Uludağ

Otele ilk girdiğimiz andan itibaren çalışan herkes çok güleryüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Otel genel olarak eski bir otel olmasına karşın içi ve odalar yeterince yenilenmişti tek eksi puan olarak odadaki aşırı küçük küvet yazılabilir, onun yerine geniş bir duş konumlandırılabilirdi. Yemekler ise harikaydı, her çıkan yemek ve tatlı için ayrı ayrı özenildiği belliydi çeşit olması için çıkarılan bir yemek yoktu. Kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum

Overall my stay was good and the location was nice but there was a dinning manager that gave my family a very uncomfortable attitude about dining setting.

I spenr 2 nights in hotel Beceren Uludağ .It was amazing and happy experience for me.Beceren is a ski resort hotel and by the ski piste.Its cusine was delicious and servants quick and helpfull.Reception staff is knowing how to behaeve to their visitors.I specially thank to mrs Yağmur for her kindness and problem solving approach.

Klasik ama eskimiş bir Uludağ oteli. Hizmet iyi. Personel çok iyi. Özellikle restoranda hizmet veren garsonlar harika. Ancak odalarda pek bir konfor yok. sadece güzel ısıtılıyor. Diğer Uludağ otellerine göre hesaplı idi.

I just spent 3 nights at Beceren Hotel in Uludag. I came all the way from Beirut for a ski trip and it was just perfect. Before we even arrive, the staff was super helpful and answering all questions concerning the transfer, the ski rentals and ski passes, the weather, the slopes…
The hotel is very cozy. The food was very decent and diverse. My sister is vegetarian, and we both found many options in the buffet every day. Everyone was very helpful offering us tea, hot chocolate all the time.
Finally, we were supposed to stay 4 nights but for some reason we had to leave one night before. We had paid for the whole stay, and still the manager was kind enough to reimburse the last night even at short notice. No one else would have done it.
Thank you Beceren for this great experience. We are looking forward to coming back and to sending our friends to you.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. They gave us tips and support for our ski trip. They spoke some English and were very informative regarding travel options to and from the hotel. The hotel rooms were satisfactory (which was sufficient for our trip). The food was good and fresh. All staff including restaurant staff, lobby staff (who regularly checked if we needed any assistance or tea :)), and reception staff were cheerful, kind and hard working.

We had a wonderful 3 night stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, food was plentiful and delicious and the kind staff couldn't do enough for us to make us feel at home. It is in the perfect location to access ski hire, lessons and the lifts. I would definitely return to this hotel next time I visit Uludağ.

We stayed at Beceren with my wife for 4 nights for a skiing holiday. Beginning from our first step into the hotel, we had great time. Employees, ranging from cleaning staff to waiters at the restaurant, were extremely well-mannered and friendly, while doing their job in a professional way at the same time. Our room got cleaned every day and provided great comfort after a day full of skiing. Meals at the restaurant very super delicious, I didn’t left anything on my plate. During the tea time in the afternoon, we rested at the lobby, while kind waiters kept carryins us teas. As we checked out, garage staff cleaned our car from snow, which totally covered after 1-2 days of heavy snow. If we have a chance to visit Uludag again, I won’t look any other place. Thank you for everything.

We stayed 5 nights in Feb 2016 for a skiing holiday. There were 4 of us which we stayed in spacious attic room together. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Room and facilities were good, food & drinks, restaurant and reception staff were excellent. Staff was always smiling, helpful and cater our needs all the time. 3 of us skiing everyday and returned to hotel and always relaxing. We stayed full board and there was 5 oclock tea for drinks and snacks as well. We were totally rested.
