Great location, friendly staff, bed wasn’t confortable

Cons:

Cons:

It was not obvious how to get into the place when I arrived in the afternoon: It turns out you have to go through the souvenir shop next door.

Not a particularly friendly welcome from the staff member who gave me the key card.

One of the ceiling lights flickers. The only window into the "courtyard" is visible to other rooms. There's a door that fully covers this window, but a curtain would be nicer and more practical given the limited space (the door can't open all the way due to the bed).

They claim the walls are soundproof, they aren't at all, I heard people talking in two different rooms beside me, I heard noise from above, from the hallways, and from outside.
