My second visit and would stay there again!
Pros:

Good location, walking distance to city centre, great views and excellent value for money for budget conscious travellers. Comfortable bed. Using the shared bathroom was not an issue. It was clean, not crowded and had a lockable door to the shower/changing cubicle. Ladies, mens & unisex bathrooms available.

Pros:

距离市中心很近，楼下停车也很方便。房间性价比挺高，虽然没有独立卫浴，但是楼层中公共卫浴很多也很干净，足够使用。

Huge block of flats
Pros:

To be a big, almost institutionlike accommodation it was ok with enough bathrooms and toilets for many people to chare. There was enough sope and shampoo. The bathrooms vere clean. You could wash clothes for 4AUD. Our double room had a sink and the bed was comfortable. It was convenient with a small kitchen on the same floor. On the ground floor there was a huge kitchen and a gym. We did not use it. The double room is quite small and a bit cramed. It had a chair and a table.

Cons:

It is very big and feels a little like a institution. When we came we could not get in, but was luckey some other guests was going out. We realised after a while that these block of flats has been a student home before.

Good choice for budget accommodation.
Each floor has 3 washrooms (m, f, unisex), each with 2 toilets and 2 showers. I found them always clean. Also each floor had a small kitchen with kettle, toaster, microwave, and fridge. Larger kitchen on ground floor with full stove and ovens.
Room had double bed, tv, and sink. No AC, but a fan and windows opened. It was March, and temperatures cooled as low as 8°C at night.
Easy to get into town with the tram right in front and two stops to city centre. Many attractions still needed a further short bus ride, transfer included in fare. Credit cards can be used to tap on and off transit. Many of the museums are free entry.
