I’m glad I prepaid for my room. Everyone was friendly and hold was clean.

I enjoyed the property, very clean and everyone was friendly.

Cons:

There was a storm that came through and caused some outages. When I checked in.. the three credit cards I had did not go through for incidentals. I left $100.00 cash and tried to get a soda from the pantry that evening and was told I could not charge the soda to my account because there was not a credit card on file.. only $100.00 cash. The lady that evening was very nice explaining that due to the outage that sometimes happens with their credit card system. So I went up to my room without a soda . I’m happy I prepaid for my room.. if they weren’t willing to let me charge a Diet Coke to my room with a $100.00 cash for incidentals.. I think I might have been SOL.

Love the convenience of breakfast and the location is ideal for visiting family and the distance to the airport is great

Cons:

The rooms AC was way to loud, I have stayed at this location previousl;y and had great experiences. The room had a new unit that was not even connected to the wall thermstat. Someone took the cheap way out. Will give the Holiday Inn the opportunity on the next visit.

House keeping skipped service on our room the first day and did not keep up with restocking the bathroom.
