Pros:

The color harmony of the room design and furniture was very nice.

Cons:

The room also had no SLIP-FLOP and no personal care supplies. (Toothbrush, ear cleaning rod, comb) Also, the electrical installation of the room is problematic. (The beam light and main lighting are working simultaneously)

Zeer mooie hotel personeel allemaal een dikke bravo 👏

Personeel super vriendelijk en ook personeel van het ontbijt waren enorm vriendelijk en zeer behulpzaam bravo 👏

Cons:

Kamer zonder raam die open kan of kippen dus geen verse lucht die er binnen komt wat zeer jammer is het stonk daar enorm en Fauzi heeft ons geholpen voor een andere kamer deze stonk minder dan de eerste voor de rest top hotel ! Ontbijt was zeer goed 👍

Very good hotel overall but the breakfast and lunch to be enhanced especially the service as the staff is leaving the restaurant without cleaning the dishes, when the guests leave the tables staff is very slow to clean the table for the new guess, overall good hotel but the dining experience to be enhanced

Experiência excecional do início ao fim, com uma equipa extremamente profissional e genuinamente atenciosa. Fomos surpreendidos com um quarto fantástico, muito confortável e com excelentes condições. Destaco em particular o Mr. Hamza, que foi incansável em garantir que tudo corria na perfeição, desde recomendações locais até pequenos detalhes no quarto.

Cons:

Sinceramente, não há pontos negativos relevantes a apontar durante a estadia. Se tivesse de sugerir algo, talvez uma maior variedade no pequeno almoço ao longo dos dias, embora a qualidade tenha sido sempre muito boa. No geral, a experiência superou claramente as expectativas.

During our stay, Hassan and Zakaria made breakfast time really enjoyable. They were friendly, attentive, and always made sure everything was fresh and well-stocked. Their warm service added a nice touch to our mornings, making us feel welcome and comfortable. The variety and quality of food were excellent, and they handled everything with great care. Highly appreciated their effort to make our breakfast experience pleasant!

Unmatched food quality and kind staff. The facilite is very clean and the buffet offers many choices.
