Pros:

The most friendly and accommodating staff I have even encoutered! I was doing the Camino planning to walk to Melide Lux Hotel late in the afternoon. Due to health issues, I couldn't walk and ended up taking a taxi from the previous Camino stop to the hotel, arriving there like 8:30am in the morning way ahead of the check-in time. After hearing my situation, the nice lady (so sorry that I didn't ask her name) at the front desk took upon herself to talk to the house cleaning staff to prepare a room for me right away. I was able to check in 20 mins later!!
The place is clean. The breakfast is good. The price is very reasnoable. And the hotel is right on the Camino route.

Muy bonito el hotel, bien ubicado... Comoda las habitaciones y bano... ideal para descansar y estar con la familia

Durante mi desayuno, no puede hacerlo en forma tranquila, ya q estaban reacomodando todo y hacian mucho ruidos moviendo los platos, cubiertos, etc.... fue todo el tiempo, no fue puntual... Deberia respetar los horarios y la tranquilidad

Probably the best hotel in Melide!
Pros:

We were hiking the Camino de Santiago and needed to stay in Melide for the night. Melide is a fairly reasonable sized town (with quite a few restaurants) and I think Hotel Lux Melide is probably the best hotel in the town. The rooms were clean & comfortable and the breakfast was good. The reception staff were excellent and they also provided a Whats App number if you needed anything which was really useful - especially when we discovered that my husband had left his laundry bag in the room after we had checked out, so after some careful planning & logistics with the bag transport company, we managed to be reunited with the laundry bag at the next hotel. There is a huge comraderie and kindness with people on the Camino de Santiago and it doesn't go un-noticed - thank you!

Wonderful clean room with coffee maker
Pros:

Beautiful clean, modern room. We appreciated having a coffee maker in the room - the only place along our camino walk to have one so far! The shower was divine, and the view from the floor to ceiling windows was spectacular! We also had wonderful service from the staff.
