Pros:

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in Kosovo. The staff were kind, welcoming, and very helpful, especially when assisting us with calling a taxi. The room was clean and comfortable, with good hot water and heating. The only small issue was that our room was cleaned even though the Do Not Disturb sign was on, but it was not a big deal. Overall, we were very satisfied and would gladly stay here again.

The room we booked was clean, comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay. The staff was welcoming and helped us for anything we needed.

Pros:

Front Desk staff was excellent. Female (forgot name) went above and beyond that help. There was an issue with ny room and she fixed it immediately. Great employee. Breakfast was very good.

Cons:

Couldn't figure out lights in room.
