Accommodating and relaxing!!
Pros:

Your employee Samantha went above and beyond any and all expectations to meet our needs. The toilet plugged up during our stay Samantha searched the entire hotel and could not find a single plunger. She was able to move us right next-door to cause the least amount of an inconvenience possible. She is an amazing person and I thoroughly thank her for taking care of us and showing us so much kindness and respect. Because of her, we will return again and again.

A comfortable and convenient stay with great service.
Pros:

The hotel was clean, modern, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the check-in process was quick and easy. The location was convenient, and the room was comfortable with everything I needed for a short stay.

Cons:

The only issue was that the pool was closing at 9pm for children when we arrived around 8:45 PM. When we called ahead, the automated greeting stated that the pool was open until 11 PM, so this was a bit disappointing and unexpected.

Will becoming back again!!
Pros:

The place is so clean and jut fun for the kids. A lot of space in the room. The swimming pool depth is perfect for kids and especially the kiddy side for little little ones.

Cons:

The younger girl who worked front desk may have to smile more
