Problème avec la plateforme de réservation Booking pour le paiement de la nuitée, la plateforme de réservation Booking a commis une erreur de carte bancaire débité. Ce qui a de lourdes conséquences sur mon budget.
Je suis en voyage professionnel et booking a débité ma CB personnelle au lieu de la CB professionnelle. Impossible d' avoir au téléphone ou par email une réponse rapide ou un interlocuteur.
