Nearer to the Sai Samadhi Temple
Issue with water flushing in washroom
Tv not working geyser not working have to bath with cold water poor lights some of bulbs were fused

The flush not working. Bathroom knob not working. The person at reception was unprofessional- I wanted a car for airport but he did not revert even after reminders. Finally I arranged on my own without any help from the hotel

Location is great. its just in front of Sai Temple.
But its found that there is no proper communication in between Booking.com and property owner, as i booked the property in the form 'no credit card needed' and after some time i got email from property owner saying to deposit 30% amount unless your stay is not confirmed. and totally this was mismatching with my travel. finally i got the room as i was booked without doing any hesitation.
Location of the property.
When I booked breakfast was included at the time of booking . later i had to pay for my breakfast . Not worth the the amount paid

It is highly rated hotel. But definitely cannot see this kind of recommendation from Booking.com. Bathroom is dirty like a lodge. Paid 4,500 INR for one night is 0 value for money

The safe was not working and the bathroom was too slippery. No facility to keep the room. Cool.
This is located right opposite the Sai Baba Temple. Very convenient
