Pros:

Magnifique hôtel. Le service est remarquable grâce à un personnel très professionnel et accueillant. Les équipements sont excellents. L'emplacement est parfait avec un superbe centre commercial à proximité et un parking très pratique offrant un accès direct à la réception. Une adresse incontournable à Oran.

Pros:

C’était très propre et le personnel vraiment attentif et serviable.

Cons:

Le seul point négatif est que je ne pouvais pas accéder à la piscine et que malheureusement je suis venu un jour de l’aid donc pas de masseuse (ce que je peux comprendre étant donnée que c’était l’aid)

Personnel très accueillant, très bon petit déjeuner. La chambre est spacieuse et très agréable.

Cons:

Beaucoup de temps pour que l'eau chaude arrive.
Il n'y a pas de navette disponible le matin pour l'aéroport

Quel dommage

Avant de partir pour l’aéroport, vers 8h du matin, nous avons demandé à prendre simplement un café. À l’accueil, on nous a indiqué que le bar n’était pas encore ouvert mais qu’il y avait du café au restaurant. Nous y sommes donc allés et avons pris uniquement trois cafés.

En sortant, un membre du personnel nous a demandé de régler trois buffets de petit-déjeuner pour un montant de 9000 dinars, alors que nous n’avions rien consommé d’autre. Malgré nos explications, l’hôtel a refusé de faire un geste et nous avons été contraints de payer.

C’est vraiment dommage de terminer un séjour aussi agréable sur une situation aussi incompréhensible et injuste.

Les services sont au niveau nous avons pris la suite c'est normal aussi au prix ou nous payons dans un 5 étoiles. Et l'accès direct au mall très bien

Au chek in demande du livret de familleb ou extrait de naissance pour ma filles passeport français porte le même nom que moi les douanes aller comme retour en France me l'on pas demandé discours lunaire avec le receptionist
