Cracking hotel but could do more for coeliacs
Pros:

Lovely hotel, fab breakfast and lovely roof top restaurant...wish we had eaten there whole time.

Cons:

Gluten free fresh breakfast options limited. It is pretty easy to have one gluten free option for the breakfast cakes...kept on its own somewhere to reduce risk of cross contamination.
Breakfast could have been at 6:30 to make early starts a bit less rushed?

Good comfortable stay at this hotel and good air conditioning if you visit during the warm months.
Pros:

The location for Trastevere was great. the staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms are small but clean.

Cons:

I thought the breakfst could be better.

Great location in Trastevere
Pros:

Hotel is modern and comfortable. Our room had very good air conditioning, it was very clean. It was quiet at night with good blackout curtains. Breakfast was very good with variety of selections. Staff was very attentive and pleasant. Rooftop bar has nice view and pleasant environment. Location in Trastevere can't be beaten.

Bar (rooftop) could you use some help with better munchie menu / cocktail menu that is not diner service….ie slider smash burgers , pizza , fries ,simple charcuterie.

Amazing location, modern amenities, great staff!
Pros:

Location, the look for the hotel, modern amenities, nice size rooms. Very nice polite staff. Welcoming environment.

Cons:

A little bit of ants in the bathroom on the floor - just needs attention.
Shower door gets water spilled all over bathroom floor a needs attention.
Rooftop bar - it was just so hot and could use fans.

Quiet place for a city trip
Pros:

A well located and quiet hotel in the lifely Trastevere Quater in Rome with a rooftop bar and a little garden for breakfast in the morning. We had clean, quiet and spacious rooms. The breakfast buffet was with great choice. Vatican city/downtown rome is a 10-15‘ car drive away, walking distance to Vatican or downtown Rome approx 30‘.

בסהכ מלון שהייתי חוזרת אליו .
Pros:

המלון כולו מאוד נעים ומואר, ארוחת הבוקר מעולה , המיקום מצוין , המיטות נוחות .
יש רופטופ מקסים עם מסעדה ובר עשיר מאוד .
מוצרי הטואליטיקה מעולים .החלונות אטומים לרעש.
קרוב 2 דק מתחבצ למרכז.

Cons:

פקיד קבלה ספציפי היה מאוד לא סבלני והטעה אותנו בקשר למס העירוני , וניקיון החדר היומי לא היה מושלם ( מחליפים מגבות וסידור מיטה, אבל רצפה ושירותים לא היו נקיים בעקביות ) דורש טיפה יותר הקפדה .
היינו 3 חדרים ולא עשו מאמץ לשים אותנו אחד ליד השני , חדר אחד היה בקומה נפרדת למרות בקשתנו .

Despite its location
The hotel is below average for similar hotels.
Paper (!) cups instead of ceramics in the room, dirty bathroom, cheap linen and not even a complementary water in the lobby. We’ve asked for a late checkout because our flight got delayed and they wanted to charge a full night amount. Such a poor experience

Lovely stay in the heart of Trastevere.
Pros:

We loved the location, it was very central to the restaurants and nightlife of Trastevere and an easy walk over the Tiber to central Rome. The hotel was beautiful and our room was clean and spacious with beautiful windows. Room service was great. The rooftop bar was beautiful with great drinks and a beautiful view.

Cons:

Although the breakfast was good and the setting lovely, it was overpriced. Most mornings we just opted for local bakeries for breakfast. Room wasn't ready right at 2PM but they compensated us with free drinks on the rooftop.
