Breakfast was fine. Staff in restaurant very nice… But waiting 5 complete hours for a room is unacceptable. The front desk was completely rude… one girl came on later than the first two was professional and should be running the desk.. we had come off a red eye and could not accommodate us for five hrs.. we are All in the travel industry and we could not believe what happened.. when we got here early in the morning we were the only two rooms needed.. This is my return to this hotel and the room was not like the first time.. the shower was the worst that I ever saw… perhaps you are missing staff at the front desk and the cleaners… it’s a shame why this happened.. The first time two years ago was very nice!

Great location! Connecting rooms made for lots of space for our family if 4. The staff were great, shout out to Beatriz for great dinner recs and reservations!
Walls were a bit scuffed up and needing a bit of extra cleaning and TLC (just being picky!)
Clean and very well appointed, rooms are large, have great lighting, solid cooling system and awesome location. We decided to rebook it for our last two days in Rome.
Location, staff, bed and bedding, towels clean. Breakfast was good value. Added bonus of Roof top terrace bar and restaurant, well priced and drinks excellent.
Just a little more deep cleaning around the corners of room and skirting boards … I could see dust/ dirt
The rooms were very nice. We stayed in a suite with a connecting room. The connecting room was small but the other room was nice size and bright and clean. There were many options for breakfast but the food was not as good as some of the other hotels we stayed in. If you want a nice hotel in a quiet spot, this is a great choice.
