Luxury with exceptional customer service 💫
Pros:

Everything and everyone we interacted with.

Cons:

Sorry to say that of all things being otherwise amazing, the bed pillows were surprisingly low grade and lumpy despite all other luxuries in our hotel and throughout this beautiful hotel.

Not good value for money and wouldn’t stay there again.

Needs a paint refresh
Housekeeping was the major issue . Not refreshing cups , cleaning glasses . Didn’t replace amenities ( the basics) !!
When they did come it was by 4 pm
Heard another guest complaining about housekeeping. They need to clean the rooms everyday and do them properly like most hotels.

Stunning hotel in a great location--will return!
Pros:

I splurged a bit on this hotel, but it was well worth it! The room was stunning, modern, clean, quiet/private, well planned out, clean, and in a great area. Bonus points for the rooftop restaurant with a stunning view! I've already recommended to friends and would stay here again!

Friendly service, great location!!
Pros:

The location was very, very good. It is very close to Trastevere, you can easily reach other tourist centers on foot or by bus. The employees are very friendly, the breakfast is very adequate. There is a great bar on the terrace.

Cons:

Nothing happened that I didn’t like.
