Отличное расположение - станция метро в 15 метрах, автобусы в 100 м, до центра пешком 20 минут. все очень чисто и комфортно, вода, чай и кофе без ограничений, быстрое заселение, чистота

Pros:

お部屋やバスルーム、パウダールーム全てが広く、ソファー側のテーブル等々も使いやすくて居心地良かったです。
また、朝食がとても美味しかったです。

ロビーでコーヒーのサービスを受けられたのですが、コーヒーメーカーの調子が悪いのか、選択していないのにエスプレッソで出てきたり、お湯しか出てこなかったり…で、せっかくのサービスを満喫できなかった点です。

『靴ブラシかクロスを』
京都は神社仏閣が多く、砂利道を多く歩くため、靴が砂埃で汚れやすいという特性が強いと思いますので、部屋に靴用のブラシやクロスが欲しい。

What an excellent hotel property in Kyoto!
Pros:

Excellent, friendly, helpful staff. I loved that laundry facility although the dryer function did not work well.
The coffee in the lobby was wonderful and the location next to the subway was ideal. Overall the property was excellent and the staff was as well.

Cons:

Everything was perfect.

ホスピタリティの充実
バスタブがあり洗い場もあった
お部屋で寒い時期なので良かったです

Cons:

烏丸通りに面したお部屋でした
遮光カーテンはありましたが
レースのカーテンではなくロールスクリーンでしたので採光が取りにくくて残念でした

お水が、いつでも飲める。

道路側だったので、見られてるみたいな気がした。
