It was a wonderful experience.
Pros:

Loved the gal who checked us in! I was in an out during our stay for a conference so really did not take advantage of all the hotel had to offer.

Cons:

Did not excite me that the roof top patio was closed on the only day we could enjoy it however, that was just timing!

It was great. I would stay again and recommend to others.
Pros:

Well appointed, clean, well maintained, good location.

Cons:

Did not care for the smell of the toiletries selection. I didn’t use them for this reason.

The fabric on our bottom bed sheet had pilled up badly. I called front desk and another bottom sheet was sent up right away.

Fabulous! Will be back!
Pros:

The entire staff was exceptional! Everyone was professional and accommodating, with a smile, from check-in to check-out. The amenities Vib offered were above and beyond. The hotel cleaning assistants were on point, super sweet, and really quick to respond to any requests. The location was perfect for where I intended to go. Me and my gals will definitely return!

Very happy with our stay---would stay again!
Pros:

The hotel is walking distance to the train, easy for UBER also. Very clean, really comfortable bed, very good decor
Front desk person always helpful, friendly. Snack bar well stocked and great restaurant on the roof!! Security is really good also.

Smart, located away from city centre, no facilities for proper breakfast or other meals on site.
Pros:

Located out of city centre, but accessed by light transport system and short walk for those without cars. Clean with pleasant staff.

Cons:

Coffee bar open in morning provided good coffee, but very limited food options, so breakfast had to be found elsewhere, which is not simple as hotel is in part developed commercial area of city.
