Great hotel for the price and location!
Pros:

The room was well appointed and functional. It had everything we needed and was clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast at the cafe downstairs was great. Parking on the street took a bit of work but was manageable.

Cons:

Nothing. Parking a few blocks away could be a chore for some. However street parking is available.

The staff was great and the customer service was fantastic. Communicating with the hotel before hand was easy and effective. And the noon checkout time was really great!

It well over acceded my expectations.
Pros:

The young lady at the front desk by the name Dairely was very helpful and accommodating. she made sure I was enjoying my stay and also helped with giving very good suggestions to go eat and explore.

Great location just outside of downtown, with comfortable rooms, and adequate facilities
Pros:

The location was very central for my travel needs, a short walk from the conference venue (Mission Ballroom), and other networking activities. Room was large, bed and pillows comfortable, and fitness centre adequate (if you mainly want cardio workouts).
