Clean, comfortable, lovely staff.
Pros:

The location was great. Close to public transportation, including the train station that goes to the airport for just a few dollars. Walking distance to everything I came to see.

Cons:

Breakfast was a little pricey but there are plenty of other options nearby.

Great stay for value and location
Pros:

Clean and quiet location. Inviting and accessible downtown by local RTD/train.

Cons:

Breakfast not included in price. Maybe even coffee in the lobby. I think it would attract more people to stay. Overall I did think it was great value for the location.

Great hotel for the price and location!
Pros:

The room was well appointed and functional. It had everything we needed and was clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast at the cafe downstairs was great. Parking on the street took a bit of work but was manageable.

Cons:

Nothing. Parking a few blocks away could be a chore for some. However street parking is available.

The young lady at the front desk by the name Dairely was very helpful and accommodating. she made sure I was enjoying my stay and also helped with giving very good suggestions to go eat and explore.
