Fast, fun and comfortable!
Pros:

The staff was great and the customer service was fantastic. Communicating with the hotel before hand was easy and effective. And the noon checkout time was really great!

It well over acceded my expectations.
Pros:

The young lady at the front desk by the name Dairely was very helpful and accommodating. she made sure I was enjoying my stay and also helped with giving very good suggestions to go eat and explore.

Great location just outside of downtown, with comfortable rooms, and adequate facilities
Pros:

The location was very central for my travel needs, a short walk from the conference venue (Mission Ballroom), and other networking activities. Room was large, bed and pillows comfortable, and fitness centre adequate (if you mainly want cardio workouts).

A comfortable stay with a few minor inconveniences, but a place we’d consider staying again.
Pros:

The room at Vib by Best Western was comfortable and a nice place to come back to after being out most of the day. We appreciated the good variety of snacks and drinks available for purchase in the room, and the prices were reasonable for a minibar. The hotel also has a rooftop bar, which looked fun even though we didn’t have time to check it out. We didn’t spend much time in the room or using the amenities, but overall it was a pleasant stay and a place we would consider staying again.

Cons:

The biggest downside was the parking situation. There isn’t a dedicated self-parking lot, and the hotel valet was quite expensive. There is a lot and a parking garage down the street, and we were able to find street parking about a block away, but it wasn’t the most convenient. Additionally, the bathroom could have been a bit cleaner.
