The hotel is near Heathrow Airport, with a bus stop in front of the hotel.
Also the airport shuttle bus stops here. Rooms basic, and clean, but rooms get very warm due to air cooling system is not great. Kettle in room, but no coffee, ortea provided, as it has to be purchased at an extra cost.

I like that it has air conditioning, parking, a bar and restaurant with full buffet breakfast, and our room even had a bath tub. Room has full blockout curtains, perfect for UK summer where night doesn’t become dark until after 9pm!
Coffee machine wasn’t great and the room doesn’t provide a kettle or free tea and coffee
Very good comparative value, friendly staff, good location for local transport to early flight. Excellent soundproofing makes it surprisingly silent in the rooms even though aircraft fly low overhead. Plenty of food options and mini marts nearby. Way better, cheaper and closer to the airport than firs lodge who unilatterally cancelled my booking after making a pricing mistake.

Breakfast could be improved, especially the juice, which tasted powdery. The scrambled eggs were cold and tasteless. Bacon was nice.
