Close to the airport, staff is nice and friendly.

Cons:

The room was really hot and the window can't be opened (locked "for your safety"). Actual restaurant closes at 9pm, after that you can only get junk food. The room was basic, which is fine, but really dark and the carpet has seen much better days.

Welcoming, clean and comfortable.
Pros:

Very polite and welcoming staff. We had landed an early morning flight, the hotel was able to accommodate an early check in at a discounted rate and gave us a free upgrade too. Couldn’t have asked for more. Room was very clean and comfortable, we had a good rest and sleep. Evening meal and breakfast were delicious. Would highly recommend to other travellers.

Nothing, all was perfect.

Cons:

I ordered a taxi to Terminal 5. The taxi was 15 mins late and the driver appeared to intoxicated, therefore not in a fit state for driving. It was a very unsettling experience.
