The facility is perfect for those needing rest and safety. Professionals run this place! Security is good. WIFI is average when night time approaches as everyone is on line.. and there are limits! We worked at best from 7pm to 9pm and then 2am to 6am when internet was required. Beds are great. Water is hot and the air conditioning works! overall the facility has good security measures for our safety.
sometimes the wifi is very slow and awkward...it takes greater patience to endure the delays etc if you are
doing serious work. otherwise..its satisfactory.

Location is excellent and despite being a budget option is still well served by the airport shuttle which literally comes to the door. Staff are lovely and the rooms are really clean and comfortable. That’s the main thing. Good bar menu selection and prices were reasonable for an airport hotel.
Felt a little odd not to have even a couple of complimentary tea bags or coffee sachets in the room. They have to be purchased from the bar. (Didn’t really affect us but could have been quite limiting with the drinks vending machine out of order whilst we were there.) It’s an odd choice to keep costs down especially if you just need to caffeinate before a ludicrously early flight! Not a deal-breaker though. Essentially you’d be staying here to sleep before or after a flight - for that it’s terrific value for money!
Just needed somewhere to stay for the night after arriving on flight before taking off on our trip. Comfortable bed.
Expensive car parking and limited. Slow lifts and reception on second floor.

The need for ID needs to be clearer on booking confirmation as not everyone carrys it with them especially if not in area for the airport.

Every other meal and drink is reasonably priced apart from the big bottle of water.
Especially that the vending machine didn’t work downstairs that felt like a rip off
