Cons:

The mattress was really uncomfortable and quite worn out. (Dipped in the middle). Along with a bad sleep it also gave me neck pain.

Comfortable and surprisingly quiet considering others were around and of a younger generation.
Pros:

Very good location. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Stayed twice before and will stay again when I need to be in London.

Cons:

Everything I needed was available, Not bothered by lack of teabags and coffee sachets. Could not switch off vent in shower room when A/C in room is off .

A lovely big clean room. Comfortable bed. Convenient to heathrow airport.
USB points next to the bed.

Cons:

No plug point next to the bed. Don't bother with the hoppa bus from the airport..... a black cab was quicker and didnt cost much more.

We enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

Budget facility it is fine.

Cons:

Parking charge is extra even for who booked the hotel which is not expected.
Tea and Coffee not provided at room that things not good.

Pros:

I liked the ambience of the hotel and its proximity to bus stops.
There were food shops and restaurants close by thus making it easy if one decides to eat out.

Had a good view of the airport also

As indicated by the Emoji responses to Original Questions, overall my family & I thought it was a very, very good & worthwhile experience 👏🏿. Location was good for us getting to Twickenham Stadium & Staff were friendly / helpful.

Cons:

The big dirty Pothole in the Entry Driveway to the Hotel Car Park, it was a Disgrace!!!

More Device Charging Points / Electric Sockets needed in the Room.
