Relaxing and peaceful stay in a picture perfect resort. Highly recommended.
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent and I enjoyed the choice of hot and cold food. The staff were very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. The quality of the food was also excellent. My daughter loved the pastries.

Cons:

Nothing at all. All very good.

De prijs/kwaliteit is zeer slecht.
Pros:

Er is een goedopgeleide vast kern van personeel. Het grootste deel zijn niet opgeleide jobstudenten.

Cons:

Wij hebben 4 dagen geboekt in hotel. De accommodatie, inrichting, service van het hotel zijn een familie 4 hotel. Het hotel straalt niet de luxe, design en comfort van een 5 sterren hotel uit. Het hotel ligt ver van de zee en rond het hotel zijn constructiewerken met bijbehorend stof en lawaai. De kamers zijn klein en eenvoudig ingericht. Het design van de bijgebouwen (hotelkamers)in de tuin doen denken aan paardenstallen. Er is 1 klein zwembad onvoldoende groot voor het aantal gasten en niet proper.(het hotel was slechts voor de helft vol) Het meubilair is zeer robuust maar vertoont al duidelijke sporen van slijtage. De spa is ondergebracht in de kelders zonder ramen en alweer veel te klein voor het aantal gasten. Ook weer zeer basic ingericht. Er is parkingservice bij aankomst. Probleem niemand kon onze wagen kon terugvinden. Na 45 min zoeken hadden ze deze teruggevonden.

équipe formidable et service attentionné ne compensent pas produit et environnement décevants
Pros:

L’hôtel Immerso d’Ericeira serait une adresse sympa s’il coûtait 150 à 250 € la nuit. Mais à 425 € la nuit, le rapport qualité-prix n'y est pas du tout. On vous détaille pourquoi.

Mais d'abord, heureusement que le personnel offre un service irréprochable et attentionné pour nous consoler. Les attentions étaient nombreuses : verre d'accueil, 1er round du minibar offert, evening turn down service avec cookies déposés en chambre, eau et douceurs offertes le jour du départ... et globalement un personnel très sympathique, jeune, diverse et inclusif, suffisamment rare dans le luxe pour être souligné, on aime. On a aussi apprécié le service, la qualité et la variété du petit-déjeuner inclus.

Cons:

Néanmoins, on ne peut pas passer sous silence les facteurs qui impactent le positionnement-prix de l'hôtel : la 1e impression en arrivant, ce sont les grandes turbines des éoliennes qui annoncent l'environnement pas du tout immergé en pleine nature d'Immerso... ça se confirme en arrivant, on est en fait au milieu d’une zone résidentielle en développement, avec des immeubles d’appartements quelconques en construction et, comme voisin de l'hôtel, le studio de tournage de Big Brother Portugal qui donne un énorme vis à vis contrastant avec nos attentes d'immersion en pleine nature. Sans compter que lors de notre séjour, c'était le bordel au parking avec des voitures partout dans la rue pour des travaux importants en cours tant à l'hôtel qu'à la villa de Big brother a côté, de 9h à 18h, avec le bruit associé (rien que pour ça, le prix pratiqué à plus de 400€ la nuit est inacceptable !).

L’arrivée dans l’hôtel lui-même nous a également laissés perplexes : elle se fait par une immense halle réunissant un mini kiosque de réception, le salon et le restaurant avec cuisine ouverte. L’ensemble est animé et bruyant, pas invitant ni reposant. Généralement, les espaces communs sont sous-dimensionnés par rapport au positionnement haut de gamme revendiqué.

À l’intérieur, la circulation ressemble à un véritable labyrinthe. Et pour les chambres du bâtiment principal qui sont en sous-sol, on y sent de l'humidité en plein mois d'août, particulièrement fort à l'étage -2 où nous étions : le spa et la salle de gym en particulier sentaient très mauvais, ce qui nous a passé l'envie d'en profiter... et contraste fortement avec l’expérience que l’on attend d’un établissement de cette gamme.

Bref, pour nous, une équipe formidable et un service attentionné ne compensent pas un produit et un environnement décevants ni ne justifient un tarif de 425 € la nuit. Rapport qualité-prix mais aussi présentation de l'hôtel à revoir.

Has potential but currently overpriced unless facilities are improved and bike hire more reasonable.

Cons:

It wasn't their fault, but there was a construction site next door. However, when charging a premium, I feel honesty at the time of booking with the offer of a discount should be standard. For an expensive hotel, the gym facilities were poor and although they advertise having electric bikes for guest use, at €10 an hour, way overpriced. You could hire an electric bike locally for 2 days for €55 and that included delivery to the hotel. There isn't much to do in the area either, no nice walks from the hotel so a car is definitely needed.

Kaum zu genießen weil den ganzen Tag Lärm

Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war gut, der Blick ist auch sehr gut.

Cons:

Direkt neben dem Hotel ist eine Baustelle welche extremen Lärm den ganzen Tag macht. Das Spa ist winzig, die Sauna geht nicht und es gab an 2 Tagen Stromausfälle im Hotel. Kein Entgegenkommen vom Hotel.

Peaceful Portuguese Retreat
Pros:

The staff are fantastic from start and throughout. The hotel itself is very modern and clean and very comfortable. The facilities are very nice and the breakfast is super fresh and delicious. The food overall was good. The pool was a great place to chill with ole plenty of space and comfort. The location is great to get to many things in the area.

Cons:

The gym could have been a little better as it was very basic and the treadmill was always taken by one person - but that is not fully the hotels fault.

Une semaine hors du temps pour respirer et recharger les batteries
Pros:

La chambre avec vue magnifique sur la mer. Literie super confortable.
L’extrême gentillesse et la pro activité du personnel. La propreté et le confort des installations. Les repas au Emme restaurant étaient fabuleux du petit déjeuner au dîner.

Cons:

Absolument rien!
